Attractive card from ca.1920 for promoting Marsala classic, an Italian famous wine. Partly lithographed, very fine condition, unused, postcard size.  Very attractive lithographed card, issued by the" Centralbank der Deutschen Sparkassen". The card has been lithographed by the artist J: Sieber and shows a double decker and a train over a bridge. Very fine condition. Scarcer item.  W.W.I.: Advertising Postcard for Monthly Magazine  Most decorative advertising postcard for a German soft drink. 2 ladies enjoying Frigeo. Unused, fine condition.

Menu- Pat O'Briens Souvenir Drink List, New Orleans, Louisiana.  Booklet has the history of Pat O'Briens and a complete drink list with pictures of the Main Bar, the Cocktail Room, The Patio, upstairs in the Copper Room and a map of New Orleans, with directions to get to Pat O'Briens.  The soft cover booklet has 12 pages, and dates after 1942.  By the cost of the drinks, mixed drinks 50 cents, and beer 12- 15 cents, and soft drinks 5 cents, I would guess that the drink list dates to the 1950s.  Vintage and in very good condition inside and out.   Postcard- The Drive Inn - Dine & Dance- Matamoros, Mexico.  A Gourmet Restaurant - US Choice Meats- Mixed Drinks- Gift Shop- Tel. 2-03-25, Established 1916.  Postcard is over sized, measuring 8 1/4 X 3 1/2 inches.  It was published by C.H. Hudson, Jr.,Y Cia- Bronsville, Texas.  Vintage 1940s, unused and in very nice condition.  Menu - Hamburg Heaven. The menu features a black chief flipping a hamburger and a black waiter in a white jacket.  The menu features a "Heavenly Hamburg" for 55 cents or a Cheeseburg for 65 cents.  Other Heavenly Choices; include Egg Salad for 40 cents, Grilled Cheese Sandwich for 45 cents, 2 eggs with toast for 65 cents and a cheese or jelly omelet for 90 cents.  The menu has the Pearly White Gates" on the front, full menu inside and the breakfast menu on the back.  Open, the menu measures 12 X 5 1/2".  Vintage 1940-50s menu has the top right corner stained and a small part missing, and stains near both bottom corners.  Very rare and hard to find menu in any condition, priced accordingly.  Stereoview postcard- President's Residence, Washington, DC, USA and President Addressing Senators, Washington, DC.  Postcard was made by J.I. Austen Co. 1909.  Postcard is unused, condition is good, with slight overall soiling and wear to the corners.

Postcard- Kitchen at Governor's Palace, Williamsburg, Virginia.  Linen postcard features the kitchen with a red brick fireplace, cooking utensils, copper pots, and a black cook grinding coffee beans.  Postcard is unused and in excellent condition.  Manufactured by CurtTeich, Chicago.  Lot of 9 Advertising postcards. Includes Myers Meat Co., Hotel Stanley, Hotel Raleigh, Edison Institute, Mansion At Yaddo, Plymouth Cong. Church, Pemaquid Light, International Market Place And Texas Under 6 Flags. Some are used while others are not, in good condition. L257x8.     Collection of 24 Advertising postcards. They are used and unused and vary in age to the 1940s. L263x1.    PDP2004  Photo Holder- 1940s- cafe ZANZIBAR, New York, NY. Wonderful cover of a semi-nude women sitting on a round cushion.  She is wearing an elaborate headdress, pasties, and a long flowing skirt.  Very art deco, measures 8 1/2" X 6 1/2".  Inside held a 5 X 7 souvenir photo, that was a memento of your visit to the restaurant.  Front cover is in great condition, and will look very nice framed.  Inside and back cover have stains.

Here's an exterior view of the famous Ox Yoke Inn Restaurant in the Iowa Amana Colonies. 


The card is unused with a divided back and was made in USA. It is not dated, but appears to be from the 1960s era. Corners are slightly blunted. (2767) 


 

Former New York Yankee Bill Zuber is shown in uniform on this advertising card for his <b>Dugout Restaurant</b> in Homestead, Iowa.  


His autograph is printed on the photo.  On the reverse are 'The Ten Commandments of Baseball' by Joe McCarthy. (2781)

  Here's the pool and courtyard area of Holding's Little America in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Identified as 'America's New Travel Center at the Crossroads of the West -- Junction of I-80 and I-25 -- 136 New Motel Rooms' … etc. 


The card was published by Bill Nation, Cheyenne WY. Card has message and address on reverse, with five-cent stamp and 1958 postmark. We see no defects here beyond slightly blunted corners. (t2341) 


 

Here is a view of the elegant Elms Hotel, Excelsior Springs, Missouri, a Missouri National Resort. 


Card has a  divided back with pencil message and greeting, as well as a cancelled one-cent stamp. The postmark is 1923.  Card was made by E. C. Kropp Co., Milwaukee, WI.


  1938 luncheon menu for the Forest Hills Hotel in Augusta, Georgia has a golfer near the bottom.  Measures 10 inches X 6 1/2 inches.  Dated Friday, December 2, 1938. Nice condition with minor staining.

Vintage Howard Johnson's Restaurant individual toothpick packet with the pieman, boy and dog.  Hobby House Restaurant sugar packet, Ft. Wayne, Indiana and The Venice Restaurant sugar cube, Ft. Wayne, Indiana.  All 3 vintage and in very nice condition.  Postcard, Discover America- Best by Car, These cards were to be mailed to the Texaco Touring Center in New York requesting vacation travel information or a credit card application. This card is dated 4/68 and is good during the months of May, June and July. Postcard is unused and has great Texaco gas station graphics.  


A white seagull flies over the ornate entrance gate of 'Henry's,' at 54 Market Street, Charleston. The description on back says 'Just as the Sword Gate in Charleston sets the style in iron gate design, so also In Charleston It's Henry's for fine food.'


The linen card is identified as Genuine Curteich-Chicago and has a  divided back. It is unused.  


  Set of 6 coasters.  These were used and sold in the Dutch Pantry Restaurants. Each coaster is 3 1/4 inches in diameter. Each coaster is different and has a Pensylvania dutch design with a cute saying. The coasters are paper and were made by Royal Catch-All Coasters, Cotesville, Pa., USA.  Unused and in excellent condition, set of 6.
