This is an original 1930s era film entitled Bird Burg (No 140)from Cine Art [Hollywood Film Enterprise]. It is an 8 mm black and white film and with the original box. Condition: this film has not been tested, so I do not know if it plays; original box in very good condition with just overall age discoloration to cardboard. Please note I am not an expert in this field.  This is a vintage, CA 1932-39, Fleischer Studio 8mm black and white Betty Boop home movie, originally called Talkartoons, this film is entitled Fairy Inkwell. On the side of the box it states: This is One of the New PopEye and Betty Boop Cartoons. Condition: this film has not been tested, so I do not know if it plays; original box in very good condition with just overall age discoloration to cardboard. A Little History: Fleischer Studios [1921-1942], Inc. was an American corporation which originated as an animation studio located in New York. It was founded in 1921 as Inkwell Studios by brothers Max Fleischer and Dave Fleischer who ran the company from its inception until Paramount Pictures, the studio's parent company and the distributor of its films, forced them to resign in April 1942. In its prime, it was the most significant competitor to Walt Disney Productions. Betty Boop was the first featured female character in American animation. Created by Fleischer Studios in 1930 to upstage Bimbo in the Talkartoon series, she soon gained enormous popularity and became known as The Queen of the animated movies. It was Fleischer who produced the first sound cartoon, not Walt Disney!  This is an original vintage ca 1940s Care and Opertaion manual for the Keystone Model R-8 8mm Projector. Manual is in good condition, lower LH edge of cover is missing on back cover; no pages missing, pages are age yellowed.  This is a vintage 39 page [dating from ca 1931; New York] Castle Home Movies catalog [with price list on back]for 8mm and 16mm black and white films and includes the original order form. The catalog includes their movie selections for sports, travel, historic war films, adventure and cartoons. Condition: good; Some lite scuffing and very light soiling with some edgewear including one tear to upper L hand corner.

This is a collection of 6 vintage 8mm Castle Films News Parade home movie films from the 1940s. Including the original boxes, the titles are: Manila Liberated-Iwo Jima; Germany Invades Austria [headline edition]; Bismarck Sea Victory (#140)[complete edition]; Marines Capture Tarawa (#147)[complete edition]; with the remaining two films missing their respective title flaps. Condition: no guarantees that these films will still play; boxes in good shape, two missing title flaps, some bumping to corners. A Little History: Castle Films was a home-movie distributor founded in 1924 by former newsreel cameraman Eugene W. Castle. In 1937, Castle began making 8 mm and 16 mm home movies, buying newsreel footage and old theatrical films for home use. Castle's first home movie was a newsreel of the Hindenburg explosion.That same year, Castle launched his "News Parade" series. Their films were sold at camera shops,department stores, and mail order catalogs. Castle obtained home-movie rights to cartoons from several animation studios, including Terrytoons (1938), Ub Iwerks (1941), and Walter Lantz (1947). In 1947, United World Films, Inc., the non-theatrical division of Universal Pictures, purchased Castle Films, changing its name to Universal 8 in 1977. The era of home video brought an end to Universal's home movie enterprise in 1984. The book is profusely illustrated with over 230 photographs and offers a brilliant guide to dating our precious family heirlooms.  This is a vintage Cine-Kodak Eight Model 60 8 mm movie camera was one of the first 8mm cameras Kodak made. Dating from ca 1932-46,and initially known as Cine Kodak Eight, it was developed to provide a cheaper, more portable alternative to the 16 mm film format introduced a decade earlier. This camera comes equipped with a leather carry case. Condition: camera exterior in good condition with no apparent damage; inside is very clean; carry case in good condition, leather is still somewhat soft and pliable, some minor scratches and wear to corners. NOTE: please contact me via phone or email with any questions. Just a little history: Eastman Kodak's Cine-Kodak (later renamed the Cine-Kodak Model A) camera, introduced in January, 1923, was the world's first 16 mm movie camera, and the first movie camera manufactured by Kodak. Later, in 1925 Kodak introduced a newer Model B Cine Kodak. The Cine-Kodak was the only hand-crank movie camera manufactured by Kodak. Then in 1932, Kodak introduced the first 8 mm amateur motion-picture film, cameras, and projectors.

Early 1920s hand cranked film projector, still with its original box and set of instructions. It is Ica brand, from Germany, and comes with threading instructions etc, in German - although the threading leaflet is a diagram, so easy to follow. It also comes with a booklet from Ica - a catalogue of their Cinematographs (in English). The reels dismantle and all folds away into its cardboard box. Still has the original cloth-covered rubberised wiring, which would need to be replaced, as it is beginning to perish. In working order otherwise. It was used in the 1920s plus for showing nitrate films by an NZ farming family. Looks like 35mm format, but small reels, so you’d be changing them quite a lot. Instructions say can be used for films up to 330 feet long. Small model, measuring 45 cm high with its reels in place (17.3/4 inches). It is in excellent condition.  Kako Hi-Beam 2400 Camera Flash w/Case and it’s attachments. Looks to be in good/very good condition. Case is solid with a little wear on the inside edges. Inside is the old-fashioned black card pages, 24 of them., double sided. Photos inside are what might be Lake Como, or possibly Swiss and Italian scenes of lakes and mountains. Album measures 18 cm by 13 cm and 3 cm thick (7 inches by just over 5 inches and 1.1/4 inches thick). It has one little frayed area on the front left top edge, otherwise excellent condition. Early to mid 20th century.  Crown 8 Model EII Movie Projector Camera with it's Manual and Case. Cosmetically looks to be in excellent condition and appears to have been hardly used if used at all. This set is in very good condition, there is a slight tear on the flap of the envelope from opening, and items have slight age discoloration. There is no bubbling on any of the reels and all work perfectly in the View-Master. These 3 reels set consist of: 405 - The Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II London England June 2, 1953 - I 406 - The Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II London England June 2, 1953 - II 407 - The Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II London England June 2, 1953 - III  View-Master Sawyer released this 3 reel set of Sight-seeing in New York City circa 1957. This is packet No A 654 of the Vacationland Series and consist of 3 reels with sleeves and the original envelope. We consider this set in fair condition as there is light bubbling on the reels(with no violet spots). The envelope has been open and has a small tear on the seam, slightly dirty and all pieces have slight age discoloring. This 3 reel set consists of; A 6541 – Statue of Liberty National Monument A 6542 – New York Waterfront A 6543 – Life in New York City  Offered is Alpex 3 Lens Set consisting of a Wide Angle, Telephoto and Rangefinder? Lens. These appear to have been hardly used if used at all. The are all still wrapped in plastic. The Wide Angle and Telephoto say they are a Series V. The other Lens which I believe to be a Rangefinder is simply marked on the top Alpex. Lenses come with their orginal Leather case. Buyer to pay shipping & insurance.  This vintage Bell & Howell 8mm movie camera, dating to ca 1939, has three lenses mounted on a rotating turret (6,5mm 1:1.9; 5 in. 1:1.9; 0,5 in 1:1.9). This camera is offered with its original instruction booklet along with two leather carry straps and a rubber lens cover. Condition: camera is in fine condition but does have some pitting around the very outside of one lens; I have not tested it so can not guarantee it to be in working condition, the leather straps are dry.If you have any questions with regards to this camera, please feel free to contact me. BELL & HOWELL 8 mm MOVIE CAMERA MOD 134

View-Master Sawyer released this 3 reel set of Robin Hood circa 1954. This set only has the other envelope and the three reels; there are no reel holders or booklet. I would judge these as fair as there is light small bubbling (with no violet spots), wear to the envelope and the top was slit open, staining on back and both the reels and envelope has some age discoloring. We have tested all three wheels and they work perfectly in the View-Master. This set consists of Reels: 972A - Robin Hood Meets Friar Tuck 972B - Little John Joins the Merry Men 972C - The shooting Match  View-Master Sawyer released this 3 reel set of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs circa 1955. It is what we would consider in fair condition due to bubbling on the reels (with no violet spots), the FTC-4c reel looks like it might have caught onto something, and caused a tiny crease tear, the tape residue on the packet and torn flap and unglued side and the age related discoloring to the booklet. With that said, even though the reels are bubbled the images are not disturbed and all three reels work fine in the View-Master. The booklet explains each scene on the reels. This set consist of Reels FT-4A The Magic Mirror FT-4B The House of Dwarfs FT-4C The Poisoned Apple  This is the original View-Master Sawyer release of the Wonders of the Deep 3 reel packet with booklet circa 1954. This set is part of the science series and was re released in a color packet and book. You will find this set in very good condition, the reels and holders are like new with only some slight age discoloring, there is no bubbling or loose glue. The booklet is also clean and crisp with only slight age discoloring and the packet envelope does have a torn flap and slight age discoloring. Over all this set is a rare find in this condition, it looks like someone might have used it once and put it away. The 3 reels are as follows: 990-A Blue Shark, Squirrel Fish, Butterfly Fish, Queen Angel Fish, etc. 990-B Octopus, Butterfly Fish, Hawksbill Turtle, Rock Beauty, etc. 990-C Spiny Lobster, Schoolmaster, Nurse Shark, Blue Striped Grunt etc.  Early Camera Catalog issued by Montgomery Ward in 1962. Features various Camera and Projector brands along with accessories that could be purchased. Just over 100 pages with some color images. Some light wear but Catalog is solid, intact and overall very good condition. Great for any collector of early Camera items. Buyer to pay shipping.

1991 View-Master Disney's Beauty and the Beast reel set by Tyco. There are 3 reels in this set 012-426, 012-427, 012-428 and has the original packaging. All three reels work in the View-Master and reels 012-426 and 012-428 are in good condition with no condition problems. Reel 012-427 works in the View-Master, but there are 3 areas on the outside edge of the reel that is dinged and between some of the pictures the white in between seems raised. The original packaging has been cut open and a piece is missing, along with creases from age and a partial sticker on the beast.  Such and unusual camera, but also an ingenious one. This tri-vision camera was designed to take the wide scenary pictures. Bake-lite model, but is the older version of this camera. Has the original leather case.
