From a local estate comes this collection of 1930s and 40s movie star and celebrity photo prints.  There are 10 in all, and they look like prints of hand colored photographs for publicity photos.


5 are 3.25" by 4.25" and include the following:


Danny Kaye, Richard Greene, Red Skelton, Errol Flynn, and Henry Fonda.


The other 5 are 5" by 7" and include:


Turham Bey (??), Sonya Henie, John Hodiak, Robert Sterling, and Margaret Lockwood.


Various studies that put these out include Paramount Pictures, M.G.M (Metro Goldwyn Mayer) Pictures, 20th Century Fox, R.K.O., and Warner Bros. Pictures.  The Henry Fonda was a "Grapes of Wrath" shot.  All are in very good condition with minimal marks.  Perfect for a collage or scrapbook!  These are not on photo stock paper, they are on thin paper, closer to newspaper print.   Minolta X-700 and X-370 Cameras with Extra Lenses.  Cameras and Lenses cosmetically appear to be in very good condition.  I don't much about the operating condition of these but the shutters seem to operate properly.  Lenses include a Vivitar Series 1 70-210mm 1:35 Macro Focusing Auto Zoom No. 22508196 067mm, Sigma Zoom @II 1:3.5 105mm w/attached Hood and Minolta MC W.Rokkor-HG 1:2.8 f=35mm Lens.  Also included is operating manuals for each Camera and the MC-Rokkor Lens Manual. In usable condition.  A Voigtlander camera that takes 120 film. Marked Bessa, Braunschweig, Anastigmat-Voigtar. Comes in the original case. Opens it measures 6.5 x 5.25 x 3 in. Also marked 1:63F=10.5 cent.I understand from online research this camera would be from the mid-fifties.  A Graflex Stereo camera with flash attachment. 35mm. The flash is marked Graflex Inc. Rochester NY. The number 1001012 is on the back. Appears to be in good, usable condition. I'm sure it needs a cleaning as it has been sitting , unused for years.

She does look serene. Image is surrounded by a gold leaf setting in this case that measures nearly 3 in. x 2.5 in. In very good condition and the hook clasp is still intact and in working order. Embossed pattern on the outside cover of the case. The case is about one-half in thick when folded to carry in a breast pocket to keep a loved one near.  Huge Victorian albumin photo of Black stereotype wedding advertising sign.
