small 3" tall mug with good hand painted detail and his trade mark umbrella as the handle. Rear impressed Chamberlain. Base has the Lancaster & Sons mark used 1938 - 1944. British Prime Minister between 1937 and 1940. Neville Chamberlain is best known for his appeasement foreign policy, and in particular for his signing of the Munich Agreement in 1938, conceding the Sudetenland region of Czechoslovakia to Nazi Germany.  A white jug of Winston Churchill with hat, bow tie and no cigar. Handle on the back.  Crystal House of Representatives John J. Rhodes Plate. This plate commemorates Congressman John Rhodes who served for thirty years in the House of Representatives. This plate has a an etched pattern with the American Eagle/House of Representatives, John J Rhodes, it measures 13 1/2 inches across and is in lovely condition, no chips. It would be a terrific addition to your collection!  President of the French republic from 1906 to 1913. A hanging portrait plate by Sarreguemines, Eastern France. In very good condition.

A LIMOGES PORCELAIN PLATE WITH A COLOR PORTRAIT OF FELIX FAURE(1841-1899). A successful industrialist, he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies in 1881. After serving in several cabinet posts he became President of France in an unexpected victory. He opposed reopening the case of Alfred Dreyfus, the dominating issue of his presidency. In very good condition.  British statesman and recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize. He was a member of the most famous political family of their day. His father was Joseph Chamberlain MP and his half brother was Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain. In good condition with usual light age crazing and wear.  A portrait plate with flowers of the Union and a registration mark on the back for 1886. In very good condition with only light wear to the gilding. William Ewart Gladstone(1809-1898), four times prime minister of Britain (1868-1874,1880-1885, 1886, and 1892-1894). One of the dominant political forces in Victorian England. Leader of the Liberal Party after 1867, Gladstone changed the role of government in England.  A pressed clear glass 5 inch dish with hard to see diamond registration mark for 1869. Center reads 'For the Million' and the outside 'Gladstone'. Gladstone, William Ewart (1809-1898), four times prime minister of Britain (1868-1874,1880-1885, 1886, and 1892-1894), and one of the dominant political forces in Victorian England. Leader of the Liberal Party after 1867, Gladstone changed the role of government in England. Tiny rim nibbles on which do not detract.

See all photos.  (LOUIS) ADOLPHE THIERS 1799-1877. An 8 1/2" late 19th century portrait plate with scenes of his life around. Excellent condition
