Brush McCoy Figural Planters pair in great condition. They are a lovely pair of ivory colored ladies with big, wide brim hats, long dresses and a big basket (planter) at their sides. They are marked Brush, U.S.A. on the bottoms and are a matched pair. The do have some light crackling but are just wonderful. They are 8 inches high, 6 1/2 inches wide and 4 inches deep. A wonderful, as found pair of Brush McCoy and are very hard to find.  Nice vintage blue glazed yellow ware that is likely early Brush McCoy or Morton Pottery; both made this cornflower blue color. The design circling the top area looks more like an early BM design. It appears to be a bulb bowl. It is 9 wide x 2.25 tall. Very heavy duty; yellow clay; some wear on interior bottom. 9/11hrtest#  Green rectangular planter is marked Brush 100-6, it is in good condition, with some deposit around the inner rim.  There are two Brush McCoy brown keg mugs available at $22 each, they are marked Made in USA, both are in good condition.

Just has one pinpop on lid, and one irregular spot on underside of lid; it looks like a chip but isn't; the edges are smooth, it is just a factory flaw and is not visible when lid is on. No chips or cracks; a bit of a small irregular clay flub on upper rim, but it is glazed over, see pic #4. This cute is 3 tall x 3.25 tall; great for a mini African Violet plant. 3/11brcs  Nice heavy vintage onyx vase. Likely Brush McCoy. Marked on bottom: .01 5 Made in USA. This is probably from the 1930's-40's; not quite as rich in coloring as the earlier onyx pieces but still very nice. It has 2 small glaze pops on body. It is 2.75 tall x 6 wide from end to end or 4.25 wide across opening. 1/11estcs  Attractive, heavy duty vintage McCoy or Brush McCoy onyx urn vase. Both companies made this mold shape and glaze. I have 2 in store; price is for one. Great for each end of a mantle or breakfront! c:1920's-30's. Nice rich blend of colors of blue, tan, brown. It is 6.5 tall x 8 wide. Both McCoy and Brush McCoy made this style vase and it is not marked as most were not; just has 3 stilt marks on bottom. This item looks a lot like the McCoy pet feeder with the circling elephants, but this one has seashells going around it. Vintage Brush McCoy onyx vase. Incised number #746 on bottom. It stands 6.25 tall and has no chips or cracks. Very rich coloring which indicates it is an early one, c:1920's-30's. This is not a common shape to find. 12/10brcs  Not sure if this was a bowl or a planter pot. It is made by Brush McCoy. It has an embossed flower with bud and leaf on both sides. Does have some glaze pops around the rim. Stands 2 ¾" tall by 4 ¾" wide.  Brush McCoy oval planter with a light green drip design has a mold number of 907. It is in good condition.   Vintage Retro Art Deco Brush Footed Pottery Bowl. It has Brown Glaze with light Speckles. The inside has some rays of blue. The "foot" is ringed and the body texture of the pot is with vertical lines and the rim is scalloped. It is 5.5" tall and 6" across the top. The bottom is signed Brush USA 817. It is in excellent condition.

Lovely vintage blended glaze jardinaire. My guess is early Brush McCoy, McCoy, or Weller. They all made similar ones. It is 6.5 tall x 7.75 wide. Great for an orchid. Thick dry bottom rim. No chips or cracks. Has a band of roses around top and 3 stilt marks on interior bottom. Interior has a faded white water/lime ring. 6/10smc  6 1/4 inches long, 3 1/2 inches wide and 2 3/4 inches tall on the botton is 100 6 Brush USA  Nice tall vintage Brush McCoy ring and leaves vase. c:1930. Pale aqua; no chips or cracks; incised number on bottom #528 and shown in the book with several different glaze finishes including onyx. This is a very hefty vase; stands 8.5 tall. There is a tiny criss cross firing line on bottom, (not a crack, it's a separation line); and a little clay gouge on body of vase. Very nice old vase. McCOY POTTERY BROWN ONYX JARDINIERE W / HA $59.95
This Brush Pottery Yellow Open Back Cat Planter, circa 1954, measures 5 1/8'' tall. This planter has a pale yellow/tan body with the cold painted green eyes, a little black whiskers and red nose paint intact. It is marked with incised 349A, 5 on bottom. There are no chips or cracks, just light age crazing and some darker colored crazing to the glaze. These planters were made in 5'' and 8'' sizes. The 8'' size is pictured in the Sanfords' Brush-McCoy Pottery Book 1, page 113.  Antique Brush McCoy onyx vase. c:1920's. This is an early one; very rich colors. 9.5 tall. I have another one for sale that matches this one, see pics; put one on each end of a mantle! There is an incised 3 digit mold number on bottom. The colors are stunning on this vase. It has typical mcbrush flaws but they are minor. 3 pinpops on body of vase exposing dry clay, and one tiny surface flake on bottom rim edge which doesn't show when vase is upright. BM made the onxy line for many years, but the early ones have much richer blended colors than the later onyx pieces. 1/10ro#  Brush McCoy turtle is 5" long and full of detail. He has a little crazing, but there are no chips. Although unmarked, he is shown on page 60 of Sanford’s Guide to Brush-McCoy Pottery, Book 2. And he’s guaranteed to be vintage Brush McCoy. He’s free of chips, cracks or other damage. He’s in excellent shape. Order early, though, because you know how slowly turtles travel!!  Brush McCoy Pottery's Arts and Crafts Era Blue Art Vellum Vase, circa 1930. This vase is unmarked except for an incised 524 on the base. It is pictured in the Sanford's Brush-McCoy Book 1, reference, page 85. It measures 4 1/2'' tall and 6'' wide. The inside top rim has a chip and a small glaze flake of please see the pictures. It has been priced accordingly. No hairlines or crazing. It has the usual vintage USA pottery glaze imperfections--glaze pops and skips from manufacturing. The color is a softer blue than the pictures show.

Brush McCoy Pottery's Arts and Crafts Era Blue Art Vellum Fawn Vase, circa 1930. This vase is unmarked but pictured in the Sanford's Brush-McCoy Book 1, reference, page 85. They refer to it as the #716 5'' Fawn Vase. It measures 5'' tall and 5 1/2'' wide. The inside top rim has a chip/glaze flake from use--see pictures--priced accordingly. It has the usual vintage USA pottery glaze imperfections--glaze pops, skips and glaze puckers from manufacturing. The color is a softer blue than the pictures show.  Vintage Brush-McCoy Pottery Glossy White Nymph Vase. This vase is marked only with the incised number 105 on the base but is pictured on page 85 of Sanford's Guide to Brush-McCoy Pottery, Book 1. Circa 1957, the vase is marked as #830 in Sanford's and we are unsure why the numbers are different, possibly a later re-issue as McCoy sometimes re-cycled their popular designs through the years. Excellent condition with just a couple of tiny pinpoint glaze pops from manufacturing. Vase measures a hair under 7 1/2'' tall.  Brush-McCoy Pottery made this Yellow Glossy Glaze Urn Style Vase as part of their Empress Line, No. 707, circa 1933. Unmarked but pictured in the Sanford's Reference Book I, page 86 on the catalog page. Measures 7'' tall and 3 3/4'' wide. Quite heavy for its size. There is some age related crazing present but no chips or cracks--not bad considering it is 75+ years old.  Brush-McCoy Pottery Small Aqua Pebble Flower Pot with attached Saucer. Vintage Brush-McCoy Flowerpot with attached Saucer in a glossy off-white/ivory glaze. Flowerpot measures 4'' tall and 4 1/2'' in diameter. Unmarked but pictured in the Sanford's books on Brush-McCoy Pottery. There is slight dimple on the saucer rim which appears to be from manufacturing and some age related crazing. No chips or cracks.  Vintage Brush-McCoy Pottery Cornucopia Planter in a Green with White Foam Drip over glaze. Has raised USA on the bottom and is pictured in the Sanford's Book 2 on Brush-McCoy, page 72 as shape #926. Stands 5 1/4'' tall, 8 1/4'' long and 3 1/2'' wide. Other than some mineral deposits (should come out) on the interior, very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.  Brush-McCoy Pottery Large 1950s Lamb Planter in white with gold trim. Unmarked, but pictured in the Sanford's Brush-McCoy reference, Book 2, page 40. Measures approx. 9'' long and 7 3/4'' tall. The gold trim shows some wear but no chips, cracks or crazing on this heavy planter.  Brush-McCoy Pottery Green Mary and Lamb Planter, circa 1958. Unmarked on the bottom except for the number 60 in black grease pencil. Has the Brush-McCoy U-shaped runner on the base. This little girl and lamb planter is pictured in Sanfords, 1996 edition, of Brush-McCoy Pottery, Book 1, on page 115. Measures 6 1/4'' wide and 5 3/8'' tall. There are no hairlines, chips, or cracks--just a couple of faint areas with light crackling to the top glaze visible on the base and on the backside.

SHIPPING FOR THIS FINE ADDITION TO YOUR COLLECTION IS $9.95.  Vintage Brush McCoy brown onyx glaze vase. Very rich colors; heavy pottery with 3 digit number on bottom. It is 6.75 tall. It has some flaws, price reflects the flaws. It has some pinpops, clay gouges, and 2 fleabites along bottom rim, one small chip on bottom rim and one tiny chip in to rim which is mainly in interior rim edge. Displays nice as a shelf piece; very rich coloring in this vase. I have another vase, same size and maker for sale on the left in one of the pictures. esa#3/09  Vintage Brush McCoy Boxer dog wallpocket planter. A very hard to find item, dates to the 1950's. Good overall condition; just one very tight, small .5 inch hairline near backside upper rim, and some crazing, mainly on back and interior. He also has one tiny line of brown coloring near top rim, (this is under the glaze; paint that apparently did not blend right; only visible if looking down into planter part). It is 7.5 tall x 6.5 long. Incised 542 USA on back; and blue grease pen number 933. Hefty and great to hang on the wall! I'd run a bead of superglue on the hairline just to seal it forever. The hairline is very tight and on the back so I consider this flaw insignificant for pottery that is over 60 years old. It is shown in the BM book by Huxford. You may never come across this one again! 1/09troyantMC  Antique Brush McCoy onyx vase. Incised no. 731 on bottom. This is an early one, 1920's; the blended glaze is very rich in colors of brown/blue/tan. Heavy, with no chips or cracks. It stands 6.25 tall. comm.cs-r, 1/09
