This retro, yet thoroughly modern, chalkware Ballerina set is a darling way to dress up your little girls room. Each ballerina is 8" tall and is dressed in an adorable baby pink and silver tulle tutu with pale pink tights, bright pink toe shoes and a shimmering gold crown.  This Ballerina set is professionally hand painted and sealed with top grade sealant for durability. This gives each piece an individuality and personality not found in most of today's "imported" mass-produced ceramic goods. This is a newly created collectible.   Pretty 1950's chalkware AVOCADO GREEN chalkware plaque , depicting gorgeous tea pot , Love the gold accented decorations - Excellent condition, but for a tiny loss of color under the base - Measures 7 1/4 inches long and 7 1/4 inches wide - US Buyer to pay 12.00 for shipping,plus insurance.  Chalkware Scottish Bagpipe figure. 9 inches tall with good color on front, but no color on back. These were given as prizes at carnivals in the 40's and 50's. Minor chipping reflecting age of piece.  Measures 6-1/2"x 7". A Kitchen Is The Heart Of The Home. Cheery red with a black kitchen woodstove. Two hooks to hang whatever you want-potholders, towels, etc. No chips. Wire loop hanger on the back. Reads 1974 MILLER STUDIOS INC. on the bottom edge. 1974 Miller Studios Kitchen Stove Placqu $8.00
Measures about 6-3/4"x6-1/2". Has the pad but the pencil is missing. Has an old woman with a broom. The saying is "Good luck to your kitchen I bring!!" Has the loop wire hanger on the back. No chips. Bright and shiny. Reads 1981 MILLER STUDIOS INC. Thanks for looking!  A VINTAGE CHALKWARE/PLASTER LEOPARD STATUE. This exquisite leopard measures approximately 11" long x 5 1/4" high, and is quite heavy and of high quality. It has a few minor blemishes/scuffs/tiny flea bites, but no obvious damage. This would look great on your shelf holding up your books! I had this leopard on top of my television for awhile and it looked fantastic! S&H is an additional $9.00 within the continental U.S. International shipping is also available.   A BASSETT HOUND CHALKWARE WALL PLAQUE. This whimsical doggie is on the large side; he measures approximately 10 3/4" H x 7 1/2" L. He was once part of a pair, but his mate was damaged. He is in perfect condition, and appears to have never been used. There are no manufacturer's marks inscribed anywhere, but he looks to be from the 1960s. S&H is an additional $7.00 within the continental U.S. International shipping is also available.  Made from gypsum or plaster of Paris and then hand painted. These vibrant red cardinals are in excellent shape. 7" from head to tail. Has markings of 1972 M.S. INC. on side of bird. Does need hook to hang them. Greatly reduced to make room for new inventory.

Vintage BASSET HOUND Dog CHALKWARE Wall

 

Chalkware Red Cardinals $9.95
This is a very old Chalkware Scotty Dog. He has large pink ears and huge black eyes. He has a chipped pink bow and is pretty dirty. He measures six inches tall and is being sold as is.  This is a Chalkware dog from the 1920’s. His name is Bonzo and apparently he was a famous character back in the roaring 20’s. The base that he sits on says, “Nobody Loves Me”. This piece has a couple of chips in the base and some missing paint around the mouth. Somebody has also carved No! on the base. He has been repaired before. The repair job is very good but unfortunately the glue has yellowed over the years so it is more noticeable that the original crack. He measures 4 ½ inches tall including the base. He is being sold as is.  This is a very old Chalkware Carousel horse we believe from the 20’s or 30’s. He measures 6 ½ inches tall and is excellent shape for chalkware. There is no real damage but it is very dirty particularly the spine area. He is being sold as is.  This is a piece of 1930’s chalkware. We believe this is Ferdinand the Bull who was a popular Disney character during the 30’s. Although he is dirty and has some missing a little paint he is in very good shape. The only real damage is a hole in his mouth where it looks like something might have once belonged. If this is indeed Ferdinand then it was probably a flower that was in his mouth. He measures over six inches tall. He is being sold as is.

This is a head figurine that is evidently from the same mold as Jock from Bossons of England. I understand that these head figurines were also made by Heritage, Naturecraft, and Legend. This character wall mask is in great condition. There is no damage to the front of the piece. There is a chip on the back though.  This is a head figurine that is evidently from the same mold as the Albanian from Bossons of England. As you can see from the many pictures, there are only a couple of small paint flakes in the beard and one on the head wrap.  This is a nice little hound dog head wall placque! Measures 3" tall by 4-1/4" wide. Marked 1961 MILLER STUDIOS INC it is in very good condition with no chips, still has the wire hanger on the back. Thanks for looking!
