The plate measures 10.5 inches in diameter and features a vignette of a sailing ship with shells and sea weed. The pattern name on the back was partially folded so I can read Ocean but not the rest. It is not marked, but could possibly be French China Co. It is 8.75 wide x 21 inches long. No chips or cracks. It does have crazing, and some discloloration mainly on the back. The frontside picture of the fish appears to be handpainted under glaze. There are some straw lines on the fish; these are under the glaze. Raised scrolly borders with gold design. It is a magnificent platter; the pics do not do it justice. It has stilt marks on the back; and 2 tiny pindots on front, (likely glaze bubble pops).
