Heart Trinket Box, Treasure Craft, Colorado. This pretty heart-shaped trinket box is 4" across and 3 5/8' long and 1 1/2" deep. It is white porcelain with little brown speckles making it look like snow falling, and a young man skiing down a slope with a tree and the sun behind him. It is in excellent condition with the Treasure Craft U.S.A. mark on the bottom.  Exquisite detail of a thatched cottage scene. The scalloped edge as well as the scene is in good condition. The dish measures 4.25" long, 3.50" wide, and 1" tall.  Ceramic match or vesta holder with striker sides. Gilded polychrome floral pattern to sides. Underneath is the mark for Taylor Tunnicliffe, circa 1875 - 1898. It measures 5 cm high and 6.4 cm diameter (about 2 inches by 2.1/2 inches). Small amount of crazing inside holder bottom, otherwise perfect.  Torquay ware inkwell, from Longpark Pottery, Torquay. Hand decorated motif on one side (scandy?), and the motto "Us be always glad tu yer frum e" . Inkwell measures 64 mm diameter and 46 mm high (2.1/2 inches by just over 1.3/4 inches). It has a few minor faults - there is a shallow chip underneath (see photos) and a sort of scratch mark on the rim which doesn’t go anywhere. (The mark beside it isn’t a chip, it was a little blob of paint, which has since been cleaned off). Marked underneath with the impressed stamp of Longpark, and inscribed marks which I think say 14 4 n. Interesting piece.
