 Offered is an early pair of Game Traps.  Says Onieda Victor Animal Trap Co. Lititz, Pa with a number 3 and Pat. 9-26-11.  Traps are identical.  One has the rod that you insert into the ground. This is a nice heavy duty type, lineman's 8" pliers clearly marked "UTICA TOOL CORP. DROP FORGED 1950-8 UTICA N.Y." around the pivot joint.  A good useable pliers from the mid-1900's, with some minor dings, no rust, and a very good cutter, and pivot joint! The jaws are in very good condition also.  This one also has a nice cast patern on the handle grip area.  A clean, useable tool by a quality tool maker!

 Offering this top quality 6" long, diagonal wire cutter pliers. These are all steel, with no cast pattern on the handle grip area. These are marked "PALMER PA. U.S.A." on one side. They are in very good condition, with a good pivot joint, straight, not bent up, cutter area sharp, basically like new.  We note a few scratches near the maker's mark, won't effect use.  These pliers are basically the same size and shape as the Channellock No. 436 cutters, and appear to be the same quality.  A nice, clean electrician's tool from the mid-1900's era!

 This is a nice clean, cast iron stove lid lifter.  This one is marked "P.O." on the handle and the mark appears to be cast into the handle.  This one has lift features at both ends of the handle.  The iron measures 8.5" long overall, and is 1/2" wide at the tongue part of the straighter end, that same end is 7/16" thick at the thickest point tapering to about 1/4" thick at the end.  The other end is quite curved upward, and is 5/8" wide and about 1/4" thick at the widest point on the curved tongue section. There is no damage or rust noted.  It's in very good condition! It is not marked.  The iron measures 9" long overall, and is 1.5" wide at the end, and has 2 extensions about .3" wide, and a step back of about .37" on the upper section across the 1.5" width. This is a nice clean, cast iron stove lid lifter marked "MOORES" in raised cast lettering.  It is double ended for use on two different types or sizes of lids.  The iron measures 9" long overall, and is 1.25" wide at the wider end, and about .75" wide at the smaller end with some taper at the end of that width.  There is a small chip of iron off at the wider end as show, but will lift your lid just fine.  It is also marked with a casting number on the back side "3527" in raised cast lettering.  We have a nice collection of stove lid lifters to choose from. It has a built in pressure pump in the handle. Stands 9 in. tall and is 9 in. diameter at the widest area. The base is 5.5 in. diam.Best guesstimate is from the '30's-'50's era.Good condition.  This cylindrical soldering iron /torch is marked JustRite, Pat. Applied For, Chicago USA. Measures 11.5 in. long and is 1.5 in. diameter. It has a black wood handle and a black bakelite turn knob. A yellow brass fuel reservoir inside the handle. Copper Tip or end.  metal with wooden handle this chisel is 1/4 inch wide made in USA and BORO is on it chisel is 12 3/4 inches long

 Punch set contains 8 of 9 pieces. It is housed in a dark wood holder with a fitted top. There is some chipping of the paint as would be expected in a functional piece like this. Measures 5.5 inches high and 2.5 inches in diameter. There is a split in the wood of the top. A great looking piece.  This stainless steel screw driver has 2 sizes of flat heads. The smaller on is stored inside the shaft. It is a solid heavy gauge screwdriver made by Eedleman. It measures 5.25 inches long.  Pair of Early Postal Scales.  A vintage branding iron that was used to mark either cattle or logs. Marked Everhot, Maywood, Ill. Comes in the original case that measures 21 x 5.5 x 4 in. Uses liquid white gas. It has a brass fuel tank and 2 branding heads. Heads are 13 or B, can't quite tell which,   and the other is a T. In working condition. If you're a collector of Western or Americana this is great item to display or even use. I've been told this is from the '30's era, perhaps earlier.  this wooden and metal pulley is made by Madesco Products is 9 1/4 inches long and 3 inches wide at the wooden part

 A vintage metal-cased tape measure  - the "dockyard" or builder’s type of measure - very long at 66ft, and made of metal. It measures in inches and feet, and has notations for 16 inch stud centres.  Wind-up retraction handle (folding), and clip for a belt or tool apron.  US Patent No. 3,141,628 Evans, Elizabeth, NJ, USA.   Tape is in very good condition - outside case has some minor corrosion spots, but nothing serious - surface only.   Quite heavy. Case measures 110cm square (4.3/8 inch square).  Nice and clean Old Brass Fire Hose Nozzle.  Measures about 8 in. in length.  Would make a nice addition to your Nozzle collection.  Old Wood Handle Ratcheting Screwdriver.  Measures 4 1/2" in length.  Overall very good condition and appears to be operating correctly.  Name says "Yankee" No. 15, North Bros. Mfg. Co., Phila. Pa, U.S.A. Pat. Nov. 2, 97--May, 1 06.  Would make a fine addition to any Vintage Tool collection.  Buyer to 

pay shipping.  Scale made by H Pooley Birmingham England. The cast iron base still has some of the original paint. The tin basin was originally painted white but much of the surface is pitted now so that the tin shows through. It includes 3 weights. 1 pound, 8 ounce and 4 ounce. The weights are loaded on one side to offset the material placed in the basin. The basin measures 12 inches long and 7.5 inches wide. The cast iron base measures 9 inches long and 8 inches high. The counter balance is smooth and works well. This is a wonderful nostalgia piece from the general store days of our history.  A used soldering iron with a brass end and a wood handle. Measures 15.75 in. long.

This brass blowtorch is marked Turner Baffle. # 35 and #159. The airpump is built into the handle. In good condition. I think this is from the '50's era.  This is a very nice, clean 10" long x 3/4" wide jaw canvas pliers. These are good early 1900's pliers, with good jaw teeth for holding or pulling leather or canvas. The jaw are has about 2.6" clearance from the tip. The pivot pin is good, there is no rust or damage, very little wear. This one also have a serated edge on the top of one jaw, and one of the handles is curved upward for a better grip while pulling, this is original to this style pliers. The pivot pins appears to have been peened a few times to snug is up, work fine. The inside of the handle is marked "SCHUL - SONS U.S.A.." in raised cast lettering.  This is a clean cattle handling tool for leading cows. It has two 3/4" ball tips that don't touch together, I believe these were this size and shape to keep from damaging the nose of the cow. Measures 8" long. The overall condition is very good with a good snug pivot point. The two holes in the handle lead me to believe that this tool could be held closed by a split ring, through both holes and closed. A rare antique farm tool, scarce these days! I do see cattle leaders from time to time, but these pliers type is much more rare!  Antique Victor Steel Jawed leg trap with applied teeth.

Foothold traps today do NOT have teeth and thus old traps like this are scarce.

Antique Animal Trap With Teeth $69.99

Old Victor Stoploss leg trap often refered to as a foothold.

Stoploss feature was used for Raccoon and Skunk fur harvest.

Great rustic look for cabin or sportsmen den.  Old leghold trap, often called foothold, this Onieda Jump trap was a great tool for Muskrat fur harvest.

Well rusted, great for hunter or sportsmen wall display.  This is a very nice, clean Blacksmiths' Cutting  hammer marked "HELLER MADE IN U.S.A." inside a round logo on the head.  It weighes 2 pounds, one blunt end and one wedge end, some wear on the blunt end mostly and some minor dings. The head is 6" wide and the handle is 15" long overall.  The handle is solid with a few small dings and small chipped off areas toward the end of the handle.  A quality older hammer!  This is an oil type sharpening stone in its original wood box. Measures 3 x 2.5 in. In good condition.
