This is a great Vogue Patterns Book Magazine from SEPT / OCT 1985 that is just great and complete. It was a library edition with the stamp on the front. It has 104 wonderful pages, the first page is gone, but there is an extra unnumbered one.  Carded set of 12 English silver (unmarked)metal filigree buttons in two sizes of 6 each. Each button is dome formed with wire filigree and tiny ball accents. Estimated date is 19th c. although they may very well be earlier. Condition: a few buttons show small dents otherwise in excellent condition  Bag of beads  6 mother of pearl buttons

This old needlecase hails from Family Circle and is still full of all sizes of needles plus the needle threader. It was made in Japan.  This is a Lot of 7 used Sewing patterns which seem to be dating back to the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. Only one may be 1950, all other 6 seem to be late 1960s to early 70s. All used and open. Thanks for stoppng by Blue Ridge Antique and Collectibles  (5) Dark Blue Square Buttons w/ Rhinestones. Each is about 3/4" square and in very good condition. I think one has had the stone re-glued. Metal screw hooks.  This is a lot of 11 antique buttons. There are 4 brass buttons marked Scoville Button Co., Waterbury. Three have an eagle on the front and one has CRT. Two are carved plastic or celluloid with a red stone in the center surrounded by mosaic mother of pearl in gold. Two are carved irridescent black glass. Two are black plastic or celluloid beads and one is blue aurora borealis rhinestones set in silver metal. All of the buttons have shanks.
