This hook as been redone for someone with a love of crocheting and arthritic hands. The number 2 Boye's crochet hook has been permanately inserted into a 1/2 inch thick wooden handle. The handle was painted but shows significant wear. It is 7 3/8ths inches long.  GREAT LOT OF 4 VINTAGE, SEWING NEEDLE CASES. THERE ARE 2 SEWING SUSAN FOLDERS AND ARE BOTH DIFFERENT YEARS WITH SMALL VARIATIONS. THEY ARE 6 INCHES BY 3 3/4 INCHES AND HAVE ALL OF THE COLORED FOIL SLOTS INSIDE WITH MANY NEEDLES STILL REMAINING. THE NEXT IS A ROSE SHAPED PATTERNED FOLDER FROM STAN HOME PRODUCTS WITH 3 NEEDLES REMAINING INSIDE. IT IS 3 1/4 INCHES LONG AND 2 1/4 INCHES WIDE. THE LAST IS A RED FOLDER STILL IN THE ORIGINAL PAPER WRAPPER MARKED COMPLIMENTS OF A & P WITH A PICTURE OF THE STORE AND IS ON THE FRONT AND BACK. IT IS AN UNURSED FOLDER THAT STILL HAS THE NEEDLE THREADER, ALL OF THE NEEDLES AND EVEN THE BLACK, PROTECTIVE PAPER BETWEEN. IT IS 4 INCHES HIGH AND 5 1/2 INCHES WIDE.  Beautiful ivory antique thread winder or floss winder. It looks to be ivory but may be bone, difficult to tell from the small surface. This is a gorgeous example of hand carving. The winder is in very nice condition and would be a beautiful addition to your collection of Victorian needlework-sewing tools. These are getting difficult to find now a days.  This pretty hand embroidered needle case is done in purple and fuchsia felt. It is clean and in great condition. The shape is an old fashioned glove which measures 4 1/4 inches long and 2 1/3 inches wide. It is just adorable.

Still contains all needles and threader. Mint and unused condition, this is the smaller size version (5" x 3 3/8" folded) that contains 21 needles. Made in Japan. Shipping: $1.34 well-padded 1st Class.  This fine vintage advertisement of a 1948 ad for Springmaid Fabrics is in very good condition but is slightly yellowed and measures approx. 9 1/2" x 13" and is suitable for framing. This vintage magazine ad depicts a woman skating.  Button with light blue aurora borealis rhinestones. 3/4"  I think this sewing tool was used for upholstery work. Maybe leather sewing too. This comes with an assortment of needles. Redwood handle unscrews to hold extra needles. Pat. date on it is 3-32-1903 and 3-25-1905. About 6 in. long.

I am always amazed that these buckles survived. This one is a beauty and probably dates to the 1920-30 era. It measures 2 inches long and 13/16ths inches tall.
