Rare Biedermeier Style Antique Secretary $18000.00

Painting titled 'South Sea Islands' done using gouache paints and pencil by French artist Romaine De Tirtoff Conte Erte (1892-1990).  The painting which depicts a costume or stage design was done in 1938. Approximate painted figure dimensions are 11"h x 8"w.  Approximate visible paper dimensions are 14"h x 10"w to the mat.  There are several pinholes in the paper although the painting itself is in excellent condition.  Shipping costs are additional depending on where the painting will be sent.   Stylish Art Deco double pedestal mahogany desk with original chrome hardware and chrome foot rest. Nice sized home desk or for an office with a modern environment.  Stylish Art Deco rosewood desk circa 1930. Currently unrestored but price reflects restoration. It will have a deep rosewood finish and will hardly resemble what is pictured. It is a very nice small home desk.  Mission oak desk with central drawer and side shelves. This is a very nicely styled desk and could very will been made by the Stickley Company.
