Pair of large French Louis XVI cabinets with bronze trim and heavy, one-inch thick rose marble tops. These stately cabinets feature beautiful bronze detailing and bronze clawed feet.  Height:	43 in. (109.22 cm)

Truly Monumental in Scale and Style, a Custom Made, one-of-a-kind Architect or Artists Cabinet, with 5 sections. Executed meticulously in Exotic veneers, walnut and Bird’s eye maple.  Each side sections has 16 drawers with bronze hardware, maple interior, and gorgeous veneer on drawer fronts.  The center section has 20 drawers, and the top is walnut with inset bird’s eye maple veneers.  The sides have raised burl veneer decorative panels.  This is THE piece to design your room or store around, it is a lovely combination of understated elegance and function.

An important American Aesthetic ebonized and paint-decorated parlor cabinet bearing an ink inscription of five a digit inventory number and "Pullman", by Pottier & Stymus, New York circa 1870. This fine cabinet features beveled mirror backs, a stepped superstructure with central pediment and anthemion crests, columnar supports and arched mirror plates. The breakfronted base with blocked frieze and cabinet doors is adorned with Muses.  Lovely carved RJHorner Sideboard with Rare Cresting Piece


Beautifully executedRJ Horner sideboard in quarter sawn oak with very unique cresting piece ofcarved female face, framed by floral and foliate carvings ending in outwardflowing acanthus leaves and scrolled carvings.  Upper portion has carvedcolumns flanking open mirrored back shelves with central bombe beveled glassdoors revealing a mirror back above open serving area with mirrored back. Bottom portion has three drawers, with the center drawer above carvedrelief panel of intricate face of the Northwind, flanked by two bombe cabinets.Large Bottom drawer has two carved pulls.

Awesome antique American Renaissance sideboard with classic walnut carvings and black lacquer detailing. It also has the beautiful broken arch crest and many elegant styles such as acanthus leave carvings that hint a tome of Victorian influence. This is a top notch high quality antique sideboard and is definitely one of the best.  Lovely American Victorian Aesthetic Movement cabinet c.1870-1875.  Executed in rosewood with gilt-incising, ebonized details details, floral and foliate carvings on cabinet door, beveled center mirror below detailed gallery.  

Dimensions:  65.5"H x 44.5"W x 15.5"D  Magnificent early 19th C. burled walnut and bronze mounted two-piece writing desk with 46 Sevres plaques. 

A Fine English Louis XVI-Style Ebony Amboyna Sèvres and Bronze-Mounted Bonheur du Jour 19th c. London the desk fitted with drawers and adjustable writing surface shaped shelves below overall guilloche mounts centered with floral rosettes a superstructure of cabinets featuring oval portraits of Mme. de Pompadour and Princesse Lamhalle the fluted chamfered sides with beaded leafwork pendants flanking bronzes of Molière and Shakespeare atop foliate plinths fluted legs with ferrules. 

Note: The preponderance of finely burled amboyna veneer and cabinet details are indicative of a high-style London cabinet maker. French design particularly influenced top tier English firms such as Holland & Sons Gillows and Wright and Mansfield. International exhibitions where high style French pieces were shown side by side with English examples had a significant influence on English furniture making and collecting. 

A nearly identical desk from the collection of the Duke of Cambridge is illustrated in an advertisement from Madison Avenue antiquarian Nathan Lans in Magazine Antiques November 1946 p. 288.  Matching Empire sideboard and buffet each with beveled mirrors marble tops and gold gilt ormolu trim throughout.
