8555)	Set of 3 selenium red vases with mica inclusions makes an exquisite 3 pc grouping. Large one is 4 inches high; 2 7/8 inches in diameter. Middle one is 3 inches high and 1.75 inches in diameter rim and 2 1/8 inches diameter center area. The small one is 1 3/8 inches high and in diameter as well.  1.25 inch diameter opening with a 1-inch diameter base.    Did I mention that they are pinched as well as having the mica inclusions?  The set of 3 can be purchased for only $285.   8553)	This clear crystal vase with applied ruby glass swirling upward is a real work of art.  It blends the simplicity of the orient with the style of today’s modern world.  So beautiful and elegant. About 6.5 inches high with about a 6 inch center diameter.  The vase opening is a small ¾ inch.  I think it was made for beauty rather than floral use, but one could put a simple floral spray in it. $225. 8548)	Beautiful deep red rose bowl hand blown which stands 5.25 inches high and is 6 inches in diameter with a 2 9/16 inch diameter opening and 2.5-inch diameter base. Love this red as is has a very nice blue shading.  8546)	Classic elegance defines this lovely hand blown softly curved swirling bowl with band of red glass trim around the rim for accent.  It is signed, but I don’t know the signature.  I have scanned it and will upload it for you to decipher. It is probably Scandavian in manufacture.  It is 9 inches in diameter and 3 5/8 inches high.  Great for salads or layered dishes.   8540)	Dainty and beautiful selenium red with gold mica inclusions pinch vase, or is it a shot glass, or a toothpick, or just anything-tiny holder.  Yes it is blown and has a pontil scar at the bottom. 1 3/8 inches high and in diameter as well.  1.25 inch diameter opening and 1-inch diameter base.  Beautiful. $75 each  Purple agate sugar bowl.  5 7/16 inches high; 4.75 inch diameter rim; 3.75 inch diameter base. Cracked body and broken lid, but at only $25 it is a beautiful cabinet piece. Great study piece and then Some people love the old damaged pieces to make beautiful jewelry or other accent pieces to show what they love.  They do it with Steuben, Tiffany, etc.

This glass in internally decorated to create multiple sky effects in differing light conditions. These pieces date to 1892. Museums proudly display these beautiful but damaged pieces. 7 inch high. 3 7/8 inch wide. 2 7/8 inch deep. The bottom is oval in shape. I don't know the decorating technique, it appears to be similiar to Steuben's glass of silk with the topaz color the same technique as the semi transparent color. This is rare and beautiful. Item Number: 517   Price: $2500.00    Another glass lover tells me that this is by J. E. Schneckendorf born 1865 in Kronstadt Rumania and studied glass making in Munich.  He apparently won many awards at various exhibitions both in Europe and U.S.

WOW and double wow.  Completely original  Durand Green Egyptian Crackle Glass Lamp standing 15inch high. Globe is 10.5inch high & 4.5inch diameter flared rim.  Approp. 8inch diameter lamp base.  This lamp is pictured on p.11 of the Distinctively Durand: The Art Glass of Vineland, New Jersey by Gay LeCleire Taylor. Shade Color is green and opal over ambergris layer and all is iridescent. The base is the wrought iron tripod with shaped leaves.  Truly rare to find this perfect and as originally made.  Steuben Gold Aurene over Calcite center bowl with pink hues.  The gently double rolled and flaring rim nicely accents the gold aurene.    This is trully a beautiful piece - the elegance is striking. 10.25 inch D, 3.25inch H  Steuben Gold Aurene over Calcite footed compote with pink hue.  The gently rolled and flaring rim has the nice stretch border.  This is trully a beautiful piece - the elegance is striking. Ground pontil. Sorry we don't have a Fry catagory.  This gilt and hand painted 10.5 inch tall alabaster glass covered urn on pedestal.  Pedestal is 2 7/8 inch square.  So elegant and nice height.  1161.Hand blown 20th C internally decorated studio glass paperweight vase.  Extraordinary skill is required to execute such a beautiful design  of flowers trapped inside the vase.  Broken pontil.  8 inch H, 2 5/8 inch D base, 2 3/8 inch D rim.  $225  1163.The American firm of Dorflinger glass created this lovely sherbet decorated with the if I remember right calla lily pattern.  3.25 inch H, 4 1/8 inch D bowl, 3 inch D base.  $125

1164.American Dorflinger glass attribution to the green cut to clear tumbler with appropriate ground bottom.  These tumblers in colored cut to clear glass are extremely rare, in fact all colored cut to clear glass is rare.  4.5"H, 3 1/8"D rim, 2"D base.$175 EACH  1165.Simply great Art Deco free formed hand blown internally cluthra style decorated vase.  Appropriately ground pontil and base for firm rest.  About 5.5 inch H, 7.25 inch D rim, and 3 inch D base.  The color is a tomato juice red blending to white and clear.  $175  1168.20th C iridescent red glass pitcher with white iridescent spiraled loopings and applied handle.  Although this is marked “Kralik” Bohemian glass house, it is falsely signed in my opinion.  It is a beautiful piece of glass, but is probably only 10-20 yrs old.   20th Century internally decorated crystal paperweight vase.  The floral forms trapped inside the vase seem to simply float.  Of course this technique was perfected by Tiffany although I do not know who made this vase.  I suspect it was created circa 1980"s.  A wonderful decorator piece.  5.5 inch H with 1.75 inch rim, 1.75 inch ground base.$275

1173.Wow, rare, and beautiful are terms that best describe this original Steuben oriental poppy lamp with perfect applied glass threads around oriental poppy lamp shaft collar.  The iridescence is even perfect.  27.25 inches H, 12.5 inches around center, 5.75 inch D footed gilt base, 10.75 inch H oriental poppy lamp shaft.  $3500  Beautiful red with mica pinched sides shot glass with broken pontil.  Italian probably although both Tiffany and Steuben produced similiar shape.  1 7/8inch;H & 1.5inch;D.  $95  1044 A rooster highlights the interior of this whiskey tumbler with base rounded up into to body of the tumbler. 2 5/8inch;D rim, 2 5/8inch;H, 2inch; base.  $135  1028 Dorflinger is the attribution I make on this wonderful celeste blue vase done the the old world style with applied carbochons,  threading and handles. Dorflinger produced a line of old world styled pieces known as "Reproductions line.13 3/8"H, 4 3/8 inch opening, 5inch base, and 7.5inch W at handles.  Pontil scar not polished.  $550

Of course you know that this example is used in some of the Steuben references.    Golden iridescent Durand vase - others used this shape but this is definately Durand. Of course most of you looking at this know that Durand artglass was in production for only a few years and that there is far less Durand glass to be purchased than Steuben or even Tiffany. Rare color. 7 1/2 inch  length.  3 inch wide.  Unusual Steuben colored candlesticks with bowl bobeches, ribbing, and green trim.  3.5" high.  5 7/8 inch diameter base.  3.25 inch diameter rim.  1 7/16 inch candle opening.  Broken pontil.  $575. Pair  Steuben, Sinclair, or Dorflinger probably created this intaglio cut compote. Hawkes probably did the cutting. 7.25 inch high.  8.5 inch diameter bowl.  4 inch diameter base.   Larsen style mold blown diamond optic pattern compote with applied crystal band around rim and applied stem and base.  Emil Larsen was the major glass blower at Durand Glass and after Durand Glass closed he produced glass on his chicken farm.6 3/16" high.  10.75 inch diameter top.  4 7/8 inch diameter base.
