<b>Most likely inspired by the Hanna-Babera's animated television show; The Flinstones.


This smiling tiger is one of the lighter colored versions.  He is part of the four smiling dinosaurs that were produced in 1965 for the Christmas Cracker Premiums.  These premiums were commissioned by Balding and Mansell company.


No mold mark


There is some roughness and glaze wear along the bottom edge on the back.  


<b>This detailed grizzly is from set 9 of the first series of Whimsies.  


Set 9 was called the North American Animals.

<b>This ship is done in light brown and a hint of blue glazes.  


The Posy Bowl has been found in a variety of shades of brown and blue glazed finishes, a result of the hand applied underglaze color which would, of course, vary due to the many different color applicators and different batches of glazes used over the years.

<b>This farm cart horse was originally sold as a set consisting of 3 horses total; the cart horse and two foals.  None of these were mold marked, but were issued with paper labels.


This item no longer has its paper label.  


<b>Originally sold in pairs of two, this aqua dish, shaped like an angel fish,  was produced by Wade in England.  


Mold mark: Wade Porcelain Made in England


There is a tiny glaze flake chip (see photo) on the outer edge that can be felt when you run your fingers along the edge.  Very hard to see.   


<b>Wade green pin tray can also double as an ashtray.


Red metal bus advertising Player's Navy Cut cigarettes; Player's Please.  


Metal ornament is made by Lesney Industries.  No. 5 is embossed on front and back of bus.

Bus has some paint wear, mostly on the top, which only adds character to this piece.  The tray base has a chip on the underside bottom (see photo).  This is not visible when sitting upright.
