This is a nice, clean, quality 0-12" capacity vernier caliper, marked "THE L.S. STARRETT CO. ATHOL MASS. MADE IN U.S.A. NO. 122 ". This is a very good quality caliper with Outside readings on one side of the caliper, and a scale for inside readings on the other side. It features the hardened bar and jaws, and fine adjustment, all in very good condition. It has .001 inch increments, and the scales are in great shape. This is a used caliper, but in top condition with some minor staining, no owner's marks, no wear noted. In about 99% like new condition! The box is very nice with good latches and hinges, it has the Starrett mark on the inside and outside of the lid, the finish looks about 95% like new with some tiny dings on the top, hardly noticable unless under very close inspection, very nice shape overall! The case is 18" long overall.
