It's red with black letters on the outside, some of the red cover is torn on the front side and has one fold mark, and the back side looks better than the front with less wear. The binding is good with 352 pages that are in good condition with limited dirt and darkening. There is a rare picture of the Starrett revolving triangular display case in this catalog as well as other rare tools that Starrett changed in later dates! In very good condition for a paper back book of this age.
