Sterling silver and what looks like a blue/pink/mauve Mexican Opal inset in the heart. It is very unusual, and feels like glass. The pendant is hinged on the bale, and it is not marked sterling, but it tests as such. It is 1 1/4 inches long exclusive of the bale, and just over 1 inch wide. It is fabulous on a collar or an omega chain.
