Vintage Firkin Tole Painted and signed RD 82. Excellent condition and best guess tole painted in 82 and signed.
Beautiful painted original wood and lid with swing handle. As you can see there was some paper on the inside of lid that I removed and took another picture showing the inside of lid and bottom outer side picture.
Height to top of lid 7 3/4 inches;
Length side to side across top center 8 1/4 inches;
Length outer side to side across from pin to pin 9 1/2 inches. The pins allow the handle to swing;
Length side to side across bottom 8 1/2 inches.

Vintage Choice Mary Conceived without Sin Blue Plastic Medal
Mary Conceived without Sin two sided pendant 2 sided. On the reverse side is a cross with a line underneath and letter M, below on each side are 1 hearts. The cross represents Christ's sacrifice for our salvation, while the bar under the cross stands for the Earth. Below are two hearts. The M stands for Mary, which is interwoven with the bar and cross to symbolize her true devotion to Jesus and her children on Earth. The Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary represent their love for us.

Our Lady Of The Snows Religious Medal Belleville Il. Blessed Virgin Mary Mother Of God and Sacred Heart Of Jesus two sided medal. Silver Height 1 inches X 5/8 inches across.
Circa 1950s medal for devotional worship to Our Lady Of The Snows. Prayer for Mary's intercession and help. Embossed Our Lady of the Snows and Belleville, Ill on the reverse along with an image of The Sacred Heart Of Jesus.
Our Lady of the Snows is one of the oldest devotions to Mary. Known to be circa 352 A.D. the Blessed Mother indicated in a dream to a wealthy Roman couple that she wanted a church built in her honor. The couple would know the site for this church because it would be covered with snow. On a hot, sultry August 5th morning, Esquiline Hill in Rome was covered with snow. All Rome proclaimed the summer snow a miracle, and a church to honor Our Blessed Mother was built on the hill in 358 A.D. Restored and refurbished many times, now the magnificent Basilica of St. Mary Major, still stands today as the seat of devotion to Our Lady of the Snows.
Devotion to Most Sacred Heart of Jesus is widely practiced devotion.

Vintage Partial 24 Blue Crystal Bead Chaplet with Blessed Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ Savior Holding Cross on two sided, unmarked silver, Center Medal. This Chaplet consist of 24 blue beveled cut crystal beads leading to center medal and 1 extending blue crystal bead, the remainder is missing as seen. Needs restoration.

This Necklace is in lovely condition and is strung on Silver.
Chain length 16 13/4 inches long. Length with chain extender 18 1/2 inch.

Vintage Chaplet of the Infant Jesus of Prague with Blue Glass Beads. Two sided medal. One side has Infant Jesus of Prague and reads in Italian, S. Bambine Gesu Benediteci in English means Holy Child Jesus Bless Us. The opposite side reads in Italian S Angelo Prega P.S. in English means S. Angelo Pray P.S.
The chaplet, known as the Little Crown, consists of fifteen beads. Three beads are in honor of the Holy Family: Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. On these the Lord's Prayer is recited. The other twelve beads are in honor of the Holy Childood of Christ, and on them are recited twelve Hail Mary's.

Antique Child's Rosary. Green Glass and Brass tone metal
Antique Child's Rosary. Green Glass and Brass tone metal. Center Medal features Blessed Virgin Mary on One Side and Sacred Heart Jesus Christ on opposite side. The beads are under 1/8 of an inch. The Cross height 1 inches X 5/8 of an inch.
Good used condition. Has patina.

The Loop
If we think of the Rosary as a necklace — and many Catholics do wear it as such — the Loop is the part which hangs around the neck. The Loop is the largest and most important part of the Rosary, inasmuch as it contains most of the prayer beads — 54 beads out of a total of 59.
The Center
The Center is a medal or medallion joining the two ends of the Loop. Usually it portrays the Virgin Mary, Jesus Christ, our Savior or other saint. It is also called the Centerpiece or sometimes the Medallion.
The Pendant
Hanging down from the Centerpiece is a single length of chain, strung with beads. It is called the Pendant. A Crucifix hangs from the bottom of it.
The Crucifix
The Crucifix is an image of Christ on the Cross, or sometimes just a plain Cross, hanging from the bottom of the Pendant.
The Chain
The beads, medallions and other parts of the Rosary are strung along a chain, usually made of metal, but sometimes made of cord or fiber.
The Beads
The 59 beads of the Rosary determine which prayers are recited and in which order. There are two types of beads; "Hail Mary" beads and "Our Father" beads.
The Five Decades
Fifty of the "Hail Mary" beads are grouped in sets of ten, called "decades". Technically, the word "decade" refers only to the ten "Hail Mary" beads in the group. In practice, however, each decade of Hail Marys has certain other prayers attached to it, and these are also considered part of the decade. In the Simple Method of praying the Rosary, each decade begins with an "Our Father" bead, so a decade consists of one "Our Father" bead and ten "Hail Mary" beads.
The Antiphon Beads
The three extra "Hail Mary" beads are strung together in a triad on the Pendant. These are called the Antiphon Beads.
