Two Candlesticks, Doulton Lambeth Silicon.
An unusual duo of candlesticks - Doulton, Lambeth, "Silicon". Clay coloured bodies with applied leaves and flowers borders in white, dark blue and pale greeny/blue. Incised drag design to bases. The mark is for 1881-1912. One stick has the incised marks "V" and "LL", the other has what looks like "C" and "oo". One stick is a slightly paler colour than the other, and the white applied decoration is a creamer shade. It is fractionally larger than the other. Possibly not made as a pair, but very very similar. No chips or cracks to either, but the stick with the white decoration has a little of the top white layer missing on the centre stem band - not noticeable, as the colour has remained. Candlesticks measure 16cm high (6.1/4 inches) and the bases are 10cm (4 inches) diameter.
Circa: 1881-1912
Condition: Used

Sterling Silver Topped Crystal Atomiser
An English heavy crystal scent atomiser, with push-button sterling silver top. Silver is hallmarked for Birmingham, but date mark is very rubbed (I think it is 1907 , an h ). Maker’s mark is L & S. Bottle needs a wash inside, but I can’t get it open. Measures 10cm high (4 inches) and 7.15cm diameter (2.13/16 inch). Apart from not being able to open it, condition is very good. One or two very minor marks to the collar.

Muffineer, Molded (moulded) Glass.
An ornate lidded muffineer, made in heavy quality pressed glass (exhibition glass). It has shell patterns and hobnails. Measures 15cm high and the scallop-edged base is 20.5cm diameter (6 inches and 8 inches). Condition: some minor small chipping to the inside of the lid edge (where it has been raised and put back down over the standing rim on the base), one small raised bit absent off base edge, and a small chip to the base standing rim. There is a cloudy section (see photo) on this rim also, emanating from a small shallow chip on the top, but this is not broken and is not rough to the touch. Overall, this item is in very good condition - the damage mentioned is small in scale and not obvious unless one goes looking.

Vintage Pokerwork Strawberry Bookends.
A pair of pokerwork bookends - homemade folk art from the 1930s-50s. The wooden ends are circular, and have a strawberry pattern, with berries, leaves and flowers. The timber is New Zealand Kauri. The ends are mounted to brown hardboard (Masonite) for the part that slides under the books, but this is probably not original. They have been finished in a gloss varnish. A pretty set though, would look great on a pretty bedroom windowsill or dresser. Ends measure 16.25cm high and 13.5cm wide (just under 6.1/2 inches by 5.3/8 inches). Very good usable condition.

Australian Aboriginal Face Dish.
A black plaster style dish, moulded in the shape of an Australian Aborigine’s face. Signed on the back "Tanaes Australia", with the T of the Tanaes shaped like a spear. (At least I think it reads Tanaes - very hard to decipher). Dish measures 16cm by 9.5cm and 4cm high (6.1/4 inches by 3.3/4 inches, and 1.1/2 inches high). No chips or cracks, but some small losses to the black colour on edges and centre of dish (see photos), maybe some cigarettes have been stubbed out here. Could easily be repainted. Great piece of Australiana.
Circa: Mid 20th Century
Condition: See description
