Rene Lalique Opalscent Frosted DOMREMY Vase
For sale is a Rene Lalique vase entitled Domremy (thistle vase). The vase is ovoid in form with a short cylindrical neck and everted rim, moulded in relief with thistles. The glass is frosted opalscent with blue highlights in crevices. The vase dates to around 1930 and is signed on the bottom R.LALIQUE France. Vase stands approximately 8 1/2 tall and the diameter of the base is approximately 4 1/2 inches and the top has an opening of approximately 4 1/8 inches. Decorated Cased Satin Glass BARBER BOTTLE
For sale is a cased satin glass barber bottle with satin enameled decoration. The bottle shades from yellow at the bottom to brown at the top. The top is in 2 parts, the crown screws on and off. The top has cork and is in excellent condition other than the fact that it does not fit snugly to the bottle (cork could possibly have been replaced at some time). Barber bottle stands approximately 8 1/2 inches tall with top. The barber bottle is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are a couple of bubbles in the glass not considered damage but manufacture flaws. I believe the piece to date to approximately 1900 and am unsure of the manufacturer. Royal Doulton TERRIER Dog Witn Bone HN1159
For sale is a Royal Doulton dog figurine of a terrier with a bone in its mouth (HN 1159). It stands approximately 3 3/4 inches tall and has a length of approximately 3 3/4 inches (from tip of tail to end of nose). The figure is marked on the front paw with Royal Doulton and its HN number. There is some type of sticky putty on the bottom (probably to keep it in place so it would not be knocked over). I will leave it up to the new owner to remove the substance if he or she desires. German JASPERWARE Vase, Circa 1910
Here we have a lovely German jasperware vase with a medium green background and dating to approximately 1910. Vase is marked on the bottom with Germany and also has some impressed numbers on the back of the vase, there is also a small gold mark on the back near the top of the opening (I am not sure what this is). It stands approximately 6 1/2 inches tall and has a width of approximately 3 1/2 inches. The vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. High Quality Victorian BRONZE & ENAMEL Table Top Frame
This is a very unusual standing oval picture frame superbly made. The frame is made of bronze and is quite heavy for its size. There are 4 decorative blue enameled straps on the front cover (straps are mounted on the oval with 2 small screws each). The oval front cover must be opened to view the picture. The frame can take a picture size of 5 1/2 inches by 4 1/8 inches. There is no glass for the oval bezel. Frame stands with a very sturdy bronze easel. The frame has some markings on the inside part on the bottom of the photo area(see photo), I am not sure who made the frame but believe it to be European. I believe the frame to date to approximately 1900 and is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. The total frame stands approximately 10 inches in height and the widest part (bottom) is approximately 9 inches. Shipping with insurance will be $17.00 in the Continental USA.
