PICTURES:  You can send me pictures by email by clicking on the email button at the bottom of the page.  Or, if you send me pictures by mail, I will return your pictures to you and I will not shop your furniture to others.  I really prefer to receive 35 mm color pictures, or a video tape is also good.  Polaroid pictures are not good.  I do not know about you, but I have a hard time seeing anything in a Polaroid picture.  Please send front, back, and side views.  And for tables, also send a top view. 

CONDITION REPORT:  Please send me a description of the condition of the piece. Again, you can use the email button at the bottom of the page or call me at 952-935-2582.  Your description should mention whether are any missing or broken pieces/carving/veneer and whether the finish is new or old and in good condition. 

PRICES:  I ask that you tell me what price you want for your piece.  I ask this for two reasons.  First I am not an appraiser, nor do I offer appraisal services.  Second, every person and piece is unique.  I don't know how to determine what the piece is worth to you.   

PAYMENT:  Mail, email, or fax me at 952-935-2582 a letter to confirm that you have sold me the piece.  I will send you a check for ten percent of the purchase price, up to as much as $1,000, to confirm that I have purchased the piece.  I will pay you the balance by bank check or money order at the time the furniture is picked up.   

SHIPPING:  I will arrange for shipping at my own expense. 

RETURNING PIECES:  If I buy your furniture based on your pictures and description, I keep the right to send the furniture back to you for a full refund.  However, I must do this by giving you notice within thirty days of when I received the piece.  So far, I have had very good experience with people's condition reports and have not had to send any furniture back.
