CAMEO BACCHANTE MAIDEN 3 INCHES Outstanding high relief master carved 3 inch cameo broach/necklace depicting Bacchante Maiden, follower of Dionysus (Bacchus) god of wine and fertility with grape and grape leaves in her hair. This cameo is in a gold setting filligree frame measuring 3 inches by 2 inches can be used as a broach but has a loop for a necklace setting. The composite picture shows the reverse carved procedure allowing the natural beauty of the shell coloring to be reflected in the design. This is a stunning cameo from my daughter's private collection.

LIMOGE FISH PLATTER SIGNED MURVILLE Beautiful vintage fish platter. Measuring 2 feet long by 10 inches wide, this beautiful platter is now being used as a display item. It is hallmarked Porcelain L.R.L. Limoge France - a 1920's hallmark. This is a very old piece, resored many years ago, as evidenced by the lead staple repair in the rear of the platter.
The art work makes it quite a conversation piece, as does the unusual early repair - a total of 13 lead staples have kept it together for many years. Signed by the artist Murville in the front. Surely its owner thought enough about it, to salvage it as a decoration item. Think how it would look on your wall.

VINTAGE BOOK CHAIN CAMEO This stunning book chain cameo necklace depicts a woman’s profile wearing victorian style clothing and head attire. The chain is 18 inches long and each panel has an intricate scroll design on it. The drop is approximately 2 inches. The necklace latches at the drop. Above and below the cameo area are two pink colored stones. There is an etched design on the back plate of the cameo. I believe the cameo is stone and is on a carnelian colored background. Circa mid 1800's.

PINK CORAL TYPE CARVED SHELL I BELIEVE THAT THIS FINE LADY IS PINK SLAG GLASS. SHE HAS BEAUTIFULLY DETAILED GRAPE LEAVES AND BUNCHES OF GRAPES IN HER HAIR TOGETHER WITH A BOW. HIGH RELIEF AND VERY WELL DONE. SHE MEASURES 1 1/2 BY 1 1/4 AND HAS THE OPEN C CLASP INDICATING AN EARLY 1900'S VARIETY.

DIAMOND CUT RHINESTONES/STUNNING SET The hinge style bracelet is covered with a double row of diamond cut rhinestones. The Swirkosky style pendant necklace measures 10 inches on each side to the pendant. The pendant is a good 3 inches. The entire necklace contains handset faceted stones.I have included a few pictures. The radiance is difficult to capture, but it is absolutely beautiful and excellent as evening wear.

#2038 NECKTIE NECKLACE AND EARRINGS The screw back earrings are in the shape of a necktie and glisten with multicolored stones. The necklace measures 14 inches to the angle where the two neckties meet. The dangler is a faux pearl. #2028 CARVED SHELL CAMEO BRACELET This was tagged as being victorian era. The hand carved cameos are each different and follow the contour of the shell. I believe that the 3 carnelian inserts are real and not molded. This may have been a child's bracelet as it is only 6 inches long and does not appear to have any links missing. The colors in some of the cameos are a natural occurence in shell.
