Order online by selecting a item you wish to purchase, click the Order button and it will automatically be entered into a shopping cart. After your order is received we will contact you by e-mail to confirm that your request is still available and let you know the total amount of your order, including shipping and handling. After we e-mail availability and additional charges of your order, you will have 10 days to confirm order and secure payment.
All payments must be in U.S. funds.

After the payment has been confirmed or checks cleared, we will process your order for
shipment.
Due to a recent rash of fraudulent credit cards on International orders, we will not be accepting credit card payments from international customers. We require payment in the form of International money order, payable in U.S. Dollars, and drawn on a U.S. Bank, on all International orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you will have 10 days after receiving your order to contact us at estar@tias.com to confirm your intent to return the order and receive a return authorization number. We recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection. After we receive the return order and verify that the items are in the condition they were sent.
