ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you
will receive a computer-generated confirmation
that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order,
we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
- If you are paying by money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
- Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped four business days after receipt, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays excluded, sooner when possible
- If you are paying by credit card, your order will be shipped four business days after receipt, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays excluded, sooner when possible
- If you are using our option for a payment service, your order will be shipped four business days after receipt, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays excluded, sooner when possible

We try to keep shipping costs down and although the rate calculator indicates shipping via the postal service, if the package weight is over one pound, in most cases we ship via Federal Express. If you want your package sent by Priority mail you must email us and let us know, otherwise majority of the time it will be sent via Federal Express, rate quote for parcel post is the same as the cost for Fed Ex but your package arrives more quickly. If you feel the rate quoted on the shipping calculator is too high please email us with your zip code, sometimes the rate calculator is not completely accurate or does not combine the weights on multiple purchases correctly. |

| OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by USPS-ParcelPostIns. We
may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. We will ship internationally, on a case by case review, due to recent changes in the way the postal system calculates rates we do not offer a rate quote through the site calculator. If you would like a rate quote for shipping please email us, let us know what country you are in and the item you would like to order and we will send you the shipping cost as well as the payment options available for your country. |
| OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully
describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing
your order. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. |
| OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: We charge a twenty percent restocking fee, this fee applies to any orders that are canceled after your credit card is charged or that are returned. |
| OUR DAMAGE POLICY: We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must work with the carrier (UPS, Postal Service, etc) to file the claim. They will normally want to see the entire order (all contents and all original packing material). They will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to us unless you are instructed to do so. This will void the insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund. |
Additional Policy Information

If using a Credit Card, Paypal or Google Checkout as your payment method your purchase will be shipped to the billing address on the account, sorry no exceptions. If you would like your package mailed to a different address then is on your account you will need to send payment by money order or wire transfer.
If a package is lost because the Purchaser entered the wrong address on the order form or ordered over the phone, inasmuch as the Purchaser was at fault, Fabulous Finds refuses all liability for delay in delivery, inasmuch as transport risks have been accepted and will be borne by the Purchaser. Merchandise returned from the carrier as unclaimed or refused reverts to the ownership of Fabulous Finds and the buyer forfeits all rights to the property and/or refund. No refunds will be issued for refused, abandoned, or failed deliveries.
We are not responsible for shipment problems due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses, holidays, carrier delays or errors, natural disasters, or customer not being available to sign for package. If the order ships to the wrong address because of customer error, we cannot credit the shipping charge. If the buyer want us to re-ship to the correct address, we will have to wait for the original package to arrive at our location and charge new shipping charges to the buyer. The corrected address must match the address on file for the credit card to qualify for re-shipment and as a protection to the buyer to reduce the chances of fraud.
Please be aware that our descriptions are based on our best knowledge, experience, and research which by definition is never complete. Statements regarding maker, age, origin, etc, particularly on unmarked pieces, should be evaluated and confirmed by you the buyer. Please ask questions prior to purchase that will help you in these evaluations, any comments or additional knowledge that you would like to share is always welcomed!
