Stock Certificate #74 was issued to "Michael Hendrick" with no middle initial. It was determined by the Board of Directors that this certificate should have been issued to Michael Bruce Hendrick.
The Board of Directors, in agreement with Paul and Gladys Fox, decided to compensate the Foxes in the amount of $9000.00 (to be paid $3000.00 each year for three years) for the cabin which they built on the TF property. In exchange, that cabin will become part of the tree farm.
There were twenty new stock certificates issued on July 5, 1997. All show an "original transfer date" of "09-30-1980" on the corresponding receipts, since all of these shares come from the Hendrick Tree Farm Treasury Stock.
Any stock which needs to be transferred or replaced (lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed...) should be mailed to the Secretary, who will create a new stock certificate and destroy the old one. According to the Bylaws Section 2.0.7, the holder must make proof in affidavit form concerning the reason for the transfer or replacement.
Scott Hendrick volunteered to be the family genealogist and provided copies of the current family tree for everyone. An updated version will be mailed out later this year.
