From minutes of 10-1-1980:
The term HENDRICK TREE FARM FAMILY or the term "family" when used in matters related to the Hendrick Tree Farm, Ltd. herein or hereafter shall mean the following people:
Ownership of shares in the Hendrick Tree Farm, Ltd. is restricted to members of the Hendrick Tree Farm Family.
In the case of "minor" children the parent who is a blood descendant "shall serve as custodian of the stock of the minor." If for any reason this parent is not available the Board of Directors shall designate and adult "member" to serve as custodian.
Should a Legal spouse, because of the death of a descendant, be no longer a legal spouse, said spouse may, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, have the same rights and privileges as other members.
On all matters requiring a vote of the shareholders, each share of stock of record shall be entitled to one vote. Share of minors shall be voted by the custodian of the stock. Vote may be proxy as provided hereinafter in the By-laws.
