Ordering
Information If you are interested in purchasing an item, please
identify the item number and a brief description by contacting us
via e-mail or
telephone. Include the name and address where you would like
the item sent. We will hold the item that is sold for 5
business days. If payment is not received during this time
frame, the item will be returned to inventory. Once we receive
your payment, the item will then be shipped to you immediately.
Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard
and personal, business or bank checks. Local orders are
subject to a 6% Connecticut sales tax. There is no sales tax
for items shipped out of state. Payment is required prior to
shipping.
Shipping
Information We require insurance for all items purchased. The
insurance, shipping and handling costs will be absorbed by the
purchaser. We will inform you of these costs prior to the item
being shipped.
Return
Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your new item,
please notify us within two days of its arrival. We will
refund you the purchase price when you have returned the item in the
same condition as it was shipped. The customer will be
responsible for paying for the two-way insurance, shipping and
handling costs. |
