MATERIALS
· LION BRAND Chunky«USA
2 skeins #109 Flag Blue (A)
2 skeins #100 Snowcap White (B)
2 skeins #113 Patriot Red (C) or colors of your choice
    · Size P-15 (10 mm) crochet hook or size to obtain gauge
    · Large-eyed, blunt needle

GAUGE
10 sts + 10 rows = 4” (10 cm) in single crochet. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.

NOTE
Changing colors
Colors in crochet are changed on the last loop before actually beginning to work with the new color. For example, to make a single crochet stitch, yarn over and draw up a loop (2 loops on hook). Tie on the new color and pull that color through both loops.

WRAP
With A, ch 46.

Row 1 Sc in 2^nd ch from hook and each ch across – 45 sc.

Row 2 Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc across.
Rep Row 2 until piece measures 12” from beginning, end after a WS row.

Continue in sc in following stripe sequence: (6 rows B; 6 rows C) 10 times; then 6 rows B. Cont in A only for 12” more. Fasten off.

POCKET
With A, ch 26. Sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across – 25 sc. Ch 1, turn. Work even in sc until piece measures 7” from beg. Fasten off.

FINISHING
Center pocket 4 rows up from the bottom edge. Sew in place.
