SIZE: Approx 40" x 50" without border

MATERIALS: LION BRAND WoolSpun, Art. #370 (100 yd. skeins): 9 skeins #098 Natural or color of your choice. Crochet hook size N OR SIZE NEEDED TO OBTAIN GAUGE. Note: This product is no longer available. The patterns are provided as a courtesy to those who may still have some yarn. Wool-Ease Thick & Quick and Chenille Thick & Quick give approximately the same gauge as Wool-Spun, but the textures of the item will be very different

GAUGE: 5 sts = 2" on size N hook. TO INSURE PROPER SIZE, BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.

PATTERN (multiple of 3 + 1 3 t-ch):

Row 1: Dc in 4th ch from hook leaving last loop on hook, skip 2 ch, *dc in next ch looping 2 dc off together, ch 2, dc in same ch as last dc leaving last loop on hook, skip 2 ch; rep from *, end dc in next ch looping 2 dc off together, ch 1, dc in same ch as last dc. Ch 4, turn.

Row 2: Dc in first ch of t-ch leaving last loop on hook, dc in next ch-2 space looping 2 dc off together, *ch 2, dc in same ch-2 space as last dc leaving last loop on hook, dc in next ch-2 space looping 2 dc off together; rep from *, end last rep dc into 2nd ch of t-ch, ch 1, dc in same ch. Ch 4. turn. Rep Row 2 for pat.

THROW: Ch 103. Work pat Row 1. Rep pat Row 2 for approx 50". Do not fasten off.

Border: Rnd 1: Ch 3 and work 1 rnd dc around entire throw working 3 dc in each corner, making sure to keep work flat, end sl st to beg ch. Do not turn. Rnd 2: Ch 3, skip first dc, dc in next dc looping beg ch and dc off together, *ch 2, dc into same st as last dc leaving last loop on hook, skip 1 dc, dc in next dc looping 2 dc off together; rep from *, end last rep skip 1 dc, dc in base of beg ch looping 2 dc off together, ch 2, sl st to top of beg ch. Fasten off.
