|ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you
will receive a computer-generated confirmation
that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order,
we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
ATTENTION DOWNLOAD PURCHASER: When you order a download you will NOT be receiving anything in the mail, even though the mailing information is a built in part of the order form. Please, just click CONTINUE even though this page mentions "USPS First Class Mail - Large Envelope" and then submit the order. Within moments of your order being submitted and your credit card being approved, a new page with a link to the download will come up. You have to click on that link to receive your download.
- If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
- If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
- Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped If you have ordered a download, nothing is shipped to you even though that shipped notice, etc. is a built in part of the ordering / shopping cart system. Linda at Relics

Most items are shipped the very next business day after the payment is received or after it has cleared. All items are shipped First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation and are insured, when it is possible. Larger items may be sent VIA Media Mail instead of First Class mail, at our discretion. Please note that if the delivery confirmation shows that your purchase was received, we and our insurance carrier consider it received and the claim is closed.
|SALES TAX: Sales tax will be applied for Michigan residents only, since we are in Michigan too.
|OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by USPS-FirstClassFlat. We
may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. We only ship worldwide to approved countries. Please note that your payment must be made by a credit card; Visa or MasterCard. That will normally get next business day shipping. Postage and insurance IS EXTRA ON International orders even IF the shopping cart system returns the free shipping notice. Shipping is only included in the items listed price when the item is sent to a U.S.A. address.
|OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully
describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing
If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.
|OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: Only if the problem is our fault, are returns allowed per the guidelines in the site. We only accept contact VIA email and will issue a RMA number to you, if it can be returned. Restocking or order cancellation fees are 25% of the items price, or a minimum of $5.00, for each item, if it has already been processed or shipped. Downloads are NOT refundable but, email us if you have a problem with it and we will assist you. You must contact us with reference to a problem with a download within 30 days from when it was ordered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for items that are returned, if you did not follow our guidelines. If the item has been damaged in any way or just because you have changed your mind and decided that you don't want it.
If your purchase gets returned to us by the shipper, through no fault of ours, we will contact you to try to get the address or any other problem corrected and then will send it back out after we receive $5.00 or the actual cost of postage, delivery confirmation, and insurance from you, if it is more than $5.00. If we do not receive this payment to cover the costs of sending it back out to you, we will not issue a refund for the item and we do not issue refunds for unclaimed or refused items.
I do not falsify customs forms. The buyer is responsible for any customs or duty fees and shipping is not included in the items price even though the site holder's system may automatically respond with "free shipping".
Our insurance provider and we consider an item to be received by our customer, when we have received the proof of delivery confirmation from the USPS or any other shipper.
|OUR DAMAGE POLICY: Do NOT take your item to the USPS. We insure our items with a private insurance carrier. So, if something gets damaged or lost during shipping, contact us for details on how we will handle the problem.
|Please note: Downloads are not refundable but if you have a problem with it, email me and I will assist you.
Please make sure that the address on your order is correct. That is what your mailing label is printed from. And, e-mail all of your questions to us, before placing the order. I do want you to be happy with your purchase!
