ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order, we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.

If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped 3 business days after receipt
If you are paying by credit card, your order will be shipped 3 business days after receipt
If you are using our option for a payment service, your order will be shipped 3 business days after receipt

Normally, you should expect your order to be shipped the next business day, and shipment to take about 3 days by Priority Mail if you are in the US. First class and parcel post will take longer. International shipments will take between 1-6 weeks and be dependent on shipping method selection and the time customs and the postal service takes to deliver which we are not responsible for.

SALES TAX: We will be adding sales tax to any order shipped to Washington state with amount based on your location.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by USPS-PriorityIns. We may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. We will be happy to ship to any country not expressly prohibited by our international insurance policy and will quote prices for several shipping options at time of purchase.

NON USA ORDERS: Payment is accepted only by Paypal ***For non-US buyers*** I do ship to many countries…ask! I DO NOT ship china (unless it’s under $20.00) by First Class, as I can’t be sure of it’s safe arrival to you. Therefore, Priority is the only method I choose, but you have a question about a specific item, please ask! Also…non US payments by Paypal must be ONLY from VERIFIED accounts…No exceptions! And will only be shipped to the address on the account.
Please be advised that we have no knowledge of customs regulations in foreign countries and any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times are estimates only because of the many variables involved in shipping internationally.

I am sorry but I am prohibited by Post Office regulations from shipping fine jewelry to non US addresses.

OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing your order.

If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.

OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: We do not charge restocking fees, unless a layaway is returned to stock because of non payment in which case 10% or $10.00 whichever is smaller will be assessed for the time and courtesy of having the item off market and on hold for you.

OUR DAMAGE POLICY: If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to keep all packing & original boxes and email us immediately with photos to begin damage claim process. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us unless asked to do so. There is no restocking fee. You will be refunded through your original payment method if granted. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Layaway is always welcome. Terms are 30% down and balance paid within 3 months with a payment due each month. On large items terms are negotiable. Due to state laws payments cannot be made by credit card or Google Checkout but only checks or money orders. Order cancellation or failure to complete incurs a 10% or $10.00 fee for the item being unavailable for sale, whichever is larger..............Coupons, discounts and free shipping offers cannot be applied to layaway orders.
