A large vintage silver plate Well and Tree meat platter, this particular form is also referred to as a Dinner Platter having a center meat well with tree pattern (for juices) and two side wells, foliate shell and gadroon border; estimated date is ca. 1920s - 1940s; in very good condition, no loss to plate, slight repairable bend to outer rim; Note: this is a heavy platter, weighs 5.5 lbs.

Shocking by Schiaparelli Vintage
Vintage bottle of Shocking by Schiaparelli in its original presentation box. The box features a hidden drawer at the bottom, which, when opened, reveals the bottle of Shocking. This unopended bottle is 3 1/2 in high with a glass cube stopper, the hot pink label says Shocking de Schiaparelli, 12 Place Vendome, Paris.
Condition: unopened bottle and label are in perfect condition, some possible evaporation evident but bottle remains 95% full, seal is intact. Box is also in near perfect condition with some abrasions along bottom edge and at hidden drawer; no other damage.

Vintage Sheaffer Lifetime White Dot Balance fountain pen; Soverign model #875 (made as a ladies' pen); Marine green striated celluloid body with visulated body section; plunger style vacuum fill; streamline no hump clip with small flat ball. Body imprinted with Sheaffer name and model #875; two-tone (gold/silver) nib with heart shaped breathing hole; nib marked with lifetime imprint.
Condition: good; has been inked/used, no discoloration to metal, celluloid body does have some tiny use scratches; has some discoloration to the pearl stripes.

CARVED BAKELITE TULIP PIN
A very unique carved red Bakelite and rhinestone pin in the form of a Tulip; the pin has teal blue and pink rhinestone leaves and stamens with small green rhinestones on the stem and small clear bagette stones just under the flower; the reverse of the pin is marked S.Friedman with a small arrow form logo; Simichrome tested positive and dates from ca. 1930s to early 1940s.
Condition: no damage to Bakelite; one clear bagette and 2 green round rhinestones missing; missing pin closure, plating on reverse is worn; price reflects above condition

Large figurial Japanese Satsuma vase in beaker form with flaring rim, decorated with two gilt highlighted panels, the first depicting an armor clad warrior standing in front of a bamboo grove on a fine crackled ground, his shield and flag with gilt House of Satsuma style crest, the second a landscape scene depicting a bluebird flying amoung bamboo on fine crackled ground, the rim and base with slip trailed flowers on cobalt ground; the base with red unattributed character mark of potter/pottery; dates from ca 1870 to 1915
CONDITION: repaired rim chip, gilding rubbed at bottom of vase, no loss to designs

A nice example of late Taisho to early Showa period Japanese figurial Satsuma; this bullet form teapot has a relief molded and slip trailed dragon at the rim that extends onto the domed lid terminating into a dragons head finial; both the handle and the spout are also in the form of a dragon; the sides are decorated with haloed Arhats on a reddish brown ground; the base is marked with an unattributed factory mark and dates from ca 1925 to ca 1935; Condition: excellent, some minor rubbing to gilt and minor scuffs to ground color, no chips or cracks

Miniature Vintage Beaded Purse
Striking vintage child's beaded purse from the 1920's, covered in silvery iridescent grey/black (possibly Marcasite?) and deep purple glass beads set in a semi-circular pattern; bottom with dark grey fringe; imbossed metal frame with rose and vine motif; knob twist closure. Original paper Made in Czechoslovakia label sewn onto lining.
Condition: extremely good; original blue fabric lining; approximately 1 1/2 inches of beading on one side is loose from frame but there are no apparent beads missing.
