Produced by U.S. Glass Company in the late 1920s this vase measures 6 ½" tall and is in very good condition with no chips or cracks and hardly looks used! There is however, roughness around the foot from not being finished off properly and where the mold meets at the bottom there is a production imperfection. A piece of glass pulled away possibly when coming out of the mold as it is smooth, not sharp as it would be if chipped, but creates an indentation. It is only noticed upon close examination and was a common problem in this glass. This maroon pot with gold design measures approximately 9 ¼" from handle to spout and 5 ½" tall. It is in very good condition with no outer chips or cracks. The gold is slightly worn in a few spots, but nothing drastic. There is however a small chip on the inside on the underneath of the rim. It can not be seen and does not affect the way the lid sits. Click for more detail... CA420	MAURICE OF CALIFORNIA LOCOMOTIVE COOKIE JAR This Vintage Locomotive Cookie Jar is from the 1960s. The Cookie Jar measures approximately 9" tall and 12" long. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, there are some minor imperfections on the lid but all these are under glaze so you know it was part of the manufacturing practice. These are white 2 small white paint splatters on top of the green and a flea bite size nip on the underside of the lid but again under the glaze. There is a flea bite size nip on the one wheel of the train but nothing that takes away from this magnificent cookie jar! The underside is marked and reads " Calif-USA Maurice JD-15".
