ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order, we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.

If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped 3 business days after receipt
If you are using our option for a payment service, your order will be shipped 3 business days after receipt

We normally send all items going to locations within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. Your item should arrive within 2-4 days after shipment in the continental United States--a day or two longer for Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping costs quoted are actual postage costs, based on USPS rates. We do not make money on shipping!

If we can save you money using flat rate, we will use flat rate. If multiple items can be combined in one shipment, we are glad to do so! We try to save you money!

SALES TAX: Sales taxes (if any) are calculated based on the location to which the product is being shipped. I collect a sales tax (7.3%) only for items sent to the state of Kansas.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by USPS-PriorityNoIns. We may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. International Shipping is generally sent USPS First Class International. This service varies in the amount of time it takes to get your package to you--anywhere from 10 days to 2 weeks. We would be glad to quote USPS Priority International also, which is much faster, but it is more expensive. On any international shipping, buyer is strongly advised to purchase insurance.

OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing your order.

If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.

OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: We do not charge restocking fees.

OUR DAMAGE POLICY: If you find that your package is damaged, please contact your carrier immediately! You must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.

FLAT SHIPPING FEE and INSURANCE
Items are usually sent by USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate--No insurance. But insurance is available with USPS. If you want insurance, please notify me for that service. There is an additional charge depending on the value of your package. I would be glad to add insurance. In the US please include these USPS fees if you want insurance:

$1.35 ................ $0.01 to $50
$2.30 ................ $50.01 to $100
$3.35 ................ $100.01 to $200
$4.40 ................ $200.01 to $300
$5.45 ................ $300.01 to $400
$6.50 ................ $400.01 to $500
