Showcase is prepared to buy single pieces or entire collections. We are purchasing with re-sale in mind and can not pay book or near book value. Please do not request appraisals for your collectibles. We would love to help you, but we receive hundreds of requests each day and only have time to answer serious offers to sell.

You must be willing to guarantee all items and fully disclose any flaws. We urge you to carefully examine any and all items for sale under an extremely bright light with a high powered magnifying glass. I find most flaws while washing items. Sometimes the touch and feel of the piece tells even more.
Though we are collectors too, items we purchase from this page are being sought for re-sale purposes only. To save us all time, please be realistic about your asking price. Book prices are sometimes 35%-45% above actual market value, though there are exceptions. We will use several references when considering your item. Please do not be insulted by offers we may make. We have a specific margin we must honor to keep our store running with pictures on every item. We will not try to take advantage of inexperienced sellers and will let you know on what facts and references our offers are based.
We receive many offers each day and they take a great deal of time and effort on our part to carefully research. Please be considerate of our time. If you cannot accept a "dealer" offer, please stop here. It is essential to
on each item with full description as to condition, name or pattern name,
year of manufacture, numbers. We do not wish to participate in a
bidding war and WILL NOT MAKE OFFERS unless YOU place a realistic price on your sale
item. A dealer can be expected to make an offer of 50% off Market Value. Market Value is often (but not always) 35%-45% less than book value.
To avoid confusion and possible misunderstandings we are listing the "condition definitions".
Mint Condition = "Like New" or "Just Out Of The Box" Condition
Very Good Condition = "Almost like new, but has minor FACTORY, glaze bubbles, glaze skips, pin pricks or pin holes, etc.
Good Condition = "Some very minor wear to edges and/or base, minor crazing, glaze bubbles, pin pricks or pin holes, glaze skips, etc.
Fair Condition = "All of the above flaws with some discoloration, heavy crazing, etc.
The complete condition of each piece must be disclosed in advance and a photograph would be
tremendously helpful, though not required.
For example. "Sairey
Gamp, Large Ch. Jug, D5451. Lowest price considered: $50.00. Description:
Green backstamp w/A Mark. Old, probably 1948-1951. Over spray on rim. Good
color. Mint (meaning - "just out of the box") condition".

that the item(s) described are in perfect, mint condition with no chips,
crazing, cracks or repairs, unless otherwise agreed upon. Each piece must be EXACTLY as you described. You are the authorized seller and are operating
in good faith by providing only correct information, addresses, phone numbers
and Email. You agree to provide a full refund including shipping each way
if these terms are not met. We agree to pay you promptly and in full for
purchases upon their inspection and acceptance. If they are not as represented,
we reserve the right to ship them back to you at your cost (COD). If they are not the same
pieces as stated, we will ship them back at your cost(COD). Misrepresentation of these
items constitutes Mail Fraud and will be prosecuted promptly and aggressively.
(sorry to sound so harsh here, but we've actually had items in very poor condition shipped
to us and some weren't even remotely close to the listed piece! We are an establised store
with a credit history and credibility. So, unlike the Auctions, you know with whom you are
dealing and exactly where you can find us in the future. We do not always have that luxury
