1968 Women's Shirt Dress Pattern
These shirt dress designs where very popular in the the latter 1960's decade. Pattern describes the style as "Misses and Women's one piece dress with slim design, notched collar, set in sleeves and optional top-stitching and self or purchased belt". Options include buttons all the way down or just half the way done, short sleeves or long. Good with cottons, blends, linen, silks and knits.

Super costume, Simplicity #3294. "Dress has a fitted bodice and full gathered skirt, long dress has high round neckline, 3/4 sleeves and button trim. Matching bonnet has brim, gathered crown and ribbon tie ends. View one features shaped bodice trim, contrasting collar and lower sleeves. Ribbon and lace detail on all views. Rick rack and eyelet trim optional. View 3 street length dress has puff sleeves, low round neckline, self fabric ruffle, rick rack and lace insertion trim". Pattern looks in good shape other than the left hand paper seam is torn. Pattern pieces are neatly folded inside.
