This neat hand embroidered quilt has squares of very different subjects. I suspect that different women embroidered them and they were put together. The coverlet measures 56 inches wide by 67 inches and does not have any batting between front and back. It is in good condition with no holes or tears but has a few spots which should wash out. The twin size sheet is clean and in good color - I don't see a tag, so I don't know the fabric makeup. It is freshly laundered.

American Flag bunting from the 40s. w3 wide 550 long! LAST LEFT I Discovered a small village on the Eastern Shore Of Md. The shopkeeper passed about 1955. The family closed the doors with all the contents when the owner died. The building was re-opened in 1995 for auction and the contents sold as is. It was one of my first really great auctions, this item has NEVER been outside of our smoke free home, and kept out of sunlight. This item is a Vintage Hand Stitched Wedding Ring Quilt. It is completely hand stitched and all cotton fabric. This Quilt is crisp and bright. It is backed with a soft tellow cotton fabric and measures 75 inches by 64 inches. This would fit a double or full size bed. This Quilt has six rows of interlocking Wedding Rings with seven interlocking Wedding Rings in each row. There are three small stains on the back side. The front side with all the Wedding Rings is in excellent condition without any stains. This Quilt was most likely made during the 1930's to 1940's.

Vintage Pink Ruffled Pillow Case w/ Embroidery. This chaming case is 15 long x 12-1/2 wide and it has back button closure. It is is good used condition.

Offering this gorgeous queen size quilt; measuring 82 inches x 92 inches, made in a modern rectangle and strip pattern, beautiful large creamy white magnolias on black with just a touch of soft pink; black and creamy white stripes; soft rosey pink blocks and sage green border strips with magnolias. I apologize that in the full photo, the black and creamy white stripes may look like blue / yellow - there is no blue or yellow in this quilt - the closeup photos show the true colors of the stripes. Borders are a thin black and white check, soft rosey pink, sage green and black with large creamy white magnolias. Binding is black and creamy white striped. Backing is a soft tone on tone sage green floral print. This was custom quilted on our Statler Stitcher long arm quilting machine. Stitched patterns include hearts, ribbons, feathers, florals and more using a soft pink verigated thread. All fabrics used are 100% cotton, quilt shop quality. Batting is Hobb's Heirloom, 80% cotton, 20% poly blend. Stitching is 12 stitches per inch, top quality thread. A beautiful, quality made quilt. These lovely floral twin bedspreads are lightweight, puckered and perfect for the warm weather months. Easy care...50% cotton/50% polyester, machine wash and dry with no ironing needed! Very pretty old quilt made of material from the 40's and 50's. Does have some seams that are loose. One center block has about 50% loose. The rest is just a seam here and there. Measures 64 X 84 .

This is an antique bedspread or coverlet from the 1930's. It is handmade using swedish weaving. The colors are red, blue, and ecru. Tha bottom has a fringe. Circa 1860s-1880s, authentic Victorian crazy quilt. I was told by the restorer that she had never seen, in over 60 yrs of working with quilts, a quilt with more varying types of stitches. She assured me that this was more than likely in some sort of contest to show the quilter's expertise and mastery in quilting. I had this hanging in a quilt frame on my wall for a while, but when I renovated my home, I carefully took it down and safely stored it to protect it from damage. Since I plan on moving to a smaller place, I am offering this for sale. I purchased it about 25 yrs ago from the estate of the heirs of the original owners and it has never been for sale or online EVER before now. Originally, this quilt had a pink silk border called faggotting, but it was dry-rotted, as any would be of this era, so I had a lovely black cotton velvet border hand stitched on and applied by a professional textile restorationist. The very edge is still with that pink silk, even though it is tattered a bit. The color still comes thru and it is lovely. Applying a new border like I had done would cost about $300-$500 by most companies today. I did not want any machine sewing on this piece and wanted to preserve it as authentically as possible. I definitely achieved that goal!! The quilt measures about 69 by 66 . The squares are especially colorful and vibrant. There are hand embroidered flowers, an embroidered horse scene, painted flowers, velvets, silks, hand embroidered birds, and more...each scene and vignette more magnificient than the next. There are some small sections that are frayed and dry rotted as would be expected. There is no way to get around it when dealing with a quilt of this age. Despite this, it appears to be holding its own and has been this way without worsening in all the years I have owned it. Simply storing it in a safe, dry environment has proven to preserve it beautifully. Please ask questions if you have any, before buying this piece. Due to the nature of a piece like this, I am offering this as a final sale. It has been in a smoke free home and is free from any real damage. Since damage could easily occur if care is not exercised, once it is sold, I am unwilling to take it back. Quilts of this calibre can go for as high as $10,000 or more. My price is quite low and reasonable and I know that whoever ends up with it will be thrilled. I have a few more pictures of other squares in case you want to see them. Just ask. Direct from my own keeper collection to the internet comes this wonderful vintage pillow. Measuring nearly 22 by 17 including its border, this gem dates back to the 1930s or 40s. The pillow is wonderfully hand quilted by someone who was obviously very skilled at the craft. The stitches are close together and the pattern is quite nice. Depicted on this piece are two figures wearing bonnets, hoop dresses, and holding umbrelleas. I am not sure if this was originally made as a pillow or if it was cut down from a larger quilt. Either way, it was obviously made this way many years ago. The colors are gorgeous! The figures are wearing dresses that are flowered in hues of orange and green with a tree in between them and a delightful purple background. The border is a lush complimentary green! In excellent condition, the quilt is not torn or dryrotted in the least. It is strong and in very nice condition, and though it has some slight and very subtle age spots on its top, they are so faint that they are nearly unnoticeable and do not detract from its charm. Sure to appeal to the pickiest collector.

Made entirely of 1.5 inch hexagons this colorful quilt top is made entirely of hand pieced Turkey Red and cream cotton fabrics from the period. Ecru Cotton Twin Bedspread. This bedspread is from Sears and is new in the original packaging. It is 80 x 110 inches, 100% cotton and machine washable. The pattern is called Autumn Wheat and is ecru in color.

Crib quilt. This is a cute little crib quilt that you could use in a doll carriage or cradle. It is 31 x 35 and has no holes or spots. It looks machine stitched, but was likely made by a homemaker, and it is not new, but does not look too old either. The backside is flannel. It is just very cute!

This stunning quilt measures approximately 80'' x 68''. It makes quite an impact with it's great colors, it can be used as a wall hanging or decorator piece, it is in good condition...no rips/tears or seams, there is no wear on the edges and the back is in great condition. It does have about 5 of the panels with minimal holes in the green section, all on one side of the quilt only. Overall a fabulous and authentic antique patterned quilt. Would be a really awesome wall hanging or use it on a bed!
