    Wonderful Large Antqiue Ship Model Of The Santa Maria
    This very very rare Large Antique Ship Model of Columbus' Flagship, the SANTA MARIA is more than 100 years old, but in Fine Collectors Condition. The Little Rock heir of an Antique Collector has consigned this beauty to us to sell. MEASUREMENTS: 23 Long 20 Tall 8 Wide We believe this was constructed during the 1880's, in Portugal. And we also believe that it will be impossible for one to find another, in such fine condition as this model is in. It is that rare.

    Antique Iron Anchor
    Antique iron anchor. This anchor has the letters P T on it; and it has either letters or numbers on the other side but I cannot make them out doe to the rust and flecking paint. This is a very cool item; it looks much better up close than the photos show it. It is one of those eclectic items for someone who collects nautical items, or primitives, or you could put it in your garden near a dry river bed and bridge. It is 16.75 long x 15 wide. I scoured the net to find one like it, but could not find any with the same triangular shaped ends so I think it must be rare. I'd estimate its age to be around the turn of the century. 11/13nh

Cast in fine ivory china, each plate has a traditional wide ivory border banded in gold, the center image, trimmed in a gold nautical rope border. This plate feautures the Sagres, a steel-built three masted barque, with square sails on the fore and main masts. It was build as a training ship in 1938, a sister ship to the Gorch Fock, by Germany. Taken as a war prize by the U.S. and sold to Brazil in 1948. She later sailed under the Potugese flag in 1962. The Sangres is the thrid training ship by that name.
