This is a nice clean 6.5" long slip-joint pliers with jaws, measuring only .37" thick and have a standard utility type pliers wire cutter for solid strand wire. It is marked "UTICA 8-6 U.S.A." on one sides, near the pivot joint. A nice medium duty pliers with about 80% of the original nickel plating intact. The pivot joint is in nice shape, very little wear overall, the jaws have some wear on the jaw teeth, a little rounded over, but useable. Rare style pliers by this maker!
