Vintage embroidered linen pillowcase. The embroidery is silk thread. I do not think it is quite arts and crafts era but could be used in that style room. I would estimate the age as 1930's. The linen is a dark ecru, darker than the pictures show it. I don't think it was ever actually used but has one dark line on it, (pic 5) and one spot that got there when I ironed it with some spray starch; it is like a small clear circle spot. It is a very nice piece; dryelle it or dry clean it. The dry cleaner may be able to spot treat it. It does not have a zipper, you can add that if you want to. It is 17.25 x 17.25. 4/13estcs
