This is a vintage Mother brooch. It is not signed. The brooch is silver tone with blue rhinestones along the edge. The center is mother of pearl and has Mother written in the center. There are also hand painted blue flowers on the pearl piece. The brooch measures 1-3/8 inches in diameter. It is in good condition but may need cleaning or polishing.
