This is a rhinestone necklace with a heart pendant and dangling rhinestone clip earrings. It would be a perfect set for a wedding. The necklace and earrings are not signed and I do not know who made them. All of the rhinestones are prong set. The necklace is adjustable and measures 18 inches long. The heart pendant measures 1-1/4 inches long. The clip earrings measure 1 inch long. The set is in very good condition with no missing or dead rhinestones that I could find.
