This is a vintage Sarah Coventry brooch. It is called the Light of the East brooch. It is shown in the book, Costume Jewelry 101 by Julia C. Carroll. The brooch has carved or molded glass cabachons with red, blue, green and gold enameling. The brooch measures 2 inches in diameter. It is in very good condition and does not appear to have been worn.
