Yes, huge - Bakelite button is 2 /2 x 1 1/2 inches long. Round center insert is a bit over 1 inch in diameter and has a molded image in the center that looks like sterling with a lion. This near new condition vintage 4 burgundy velvet heart shaped pin cushion is completely hand stitched. The words I Love You and the flower are made of green, pink and white glass seed beads.
