Rare Victorian Hematite faceted bead button. c.1890. 3 part button, base plate with soldered loop shank. Top plate with holes for stringing the wires holding the beads. Hand wired and cut real Hematite beads. Wires have some tarnish and rust. Black enamel on back of button shows age wear. 5/8in wide, 1/2in thick. See close ups.

These two buttons have some age on them but not much, I think. But they are very neat looking with their interwined ribbon stamped design. The buttons are 2 piece metals with a self Shank and measure 5/8ths inches in diameter. They are new, never used in MINT condition.

VINTAGE LARGE CELLULOID SQUIGGLE BUTTON. 3 PART BUTTON. BACK PLATE IS DARK BLUE. SCROLLED SQUIGGLE IN THE MIDDLE IS BROWN AND LOOP OVER THE CENTER IS BLUE. APPLIED LOOP SHANK. 1 3/8in WIDE & OVER 1/2in THICK. VERY HARD TO GET A GOOD COLOR ON THE PIC'S. LOOKS BETTER IN PERSON.

Measuring just 1 1/16th inches in diameter, this Art Deco Design button packs alot of punch. It is a 2 hole sew thru with a great ridged design.

Though very plain looking on first glance, this black bakelite button has very finely carved edges. It measures 1 inch in diameter and is a two hole sew thru.

This neat retro design button measures 1 1/4 inches in diameter. It has a round wire shank.

This Art deco design bakelite button measures 1 5/16ths inches in diameter. It is carved with a round wire shank.

This celluloid button measures 1 5/16ths inches in diameter. It has an applied back with a U Shaped Plastic Shank.

When I buy large quantitites of buttons, I never quite know what I will get. This time I got the nicest selection of sets of plastic flower buttons. In this grouping are 2 9/16ths buttons and 4 matching 1/2 inch size button. They are pink clear plastic 1 piece flowers.

This button reminds me very much of an ice cube. It measures 13/16ths of an inch in diameter. It is molded lucite, not carved with a flowing design. There is a round wire shank.

These vintage white moonglow plastic buttons are still on their own card. They are two hole sew thrus and measure 3/4 inches in diameter.

This carded set of two vintage plastic buttons came to me via a dear neighbor who was cleaning out her mother's belongings. They were made in England and are mint on the original card (though the card shows some wear). The buttons are two hole sew thrus and measure 1 inch tall.

This neat plastic button is a confetti type. It has a U shaped applied plastic shank and measures 1 1/16inch diameter.

These one piece glass buttons are molded in clear glass with a white satin colored luster on top. They measure 3/4 of an inch in diameter and have a raised self shank. These buttons appear to be in excellent condition.

This Striped Celluloid button is a bit misshapen. But I loved the marbled swirls to the celluloid. The button is a two hole sew thru and measures 1 1/8th inches in diameter. It is a two piece button.

This card of mint vintage buttons is the neatest set of 6 red and white marbled plastic buttons. They are four hole sew thrus and measure 5/8th of an inch in diameter.

This silver metal button measures 1 1/4 inch in diameter. It has an applied metal shank and shank plate and is made with chromed metal. It does show some wear to its chrome.

These four buttons were part of a vintage lot of sewing goods I purchased. They are one piece round wooden buttons measuring 15/16ths of an inch in diameter. They have a round raised self shank. They are on their original card.

This one piece pierced metal button measures 1 1/8th inches in diameter. It has a U shaped wire shank on the back.

This pretty stamped brass button has a metal back and turned over edges. The wire shank is round and the button measures 9/16ths of an inch in diameter. The cornucopia is filled with flowers.
