This is a vintage sterling silver and yellow glass sun brooch. The brooch is marked 925, JP P and has hallmarks of a lady's head in two places. I believe it might have been made in Poland. The brooch has a hand hammered appearance. The yellow glass stone is bezel set with a rope design around it. The brooch measures 2-1/2 inches in diameter.
