This is a pair of vintage clip earrings signed WEISS. The earrings have a japanned setting. There are prong set black rhinestones on top of the heart shaped black metal. The rhinestones are in the shape of a flower with three rhinestones above it. The earrings measure 1 inch long. They are in very good condition but may need cleaning or polishing.
