Vintage Westmoreland? toothpick holder. This looks a very much like the 1912 Westmoreland Specialty Co. Colonial pressed glass toothpick/match holder that is shown in the Bredehoft book, p. 210, however, the picture in the book is not very clear so I can not see if the edges on the pick are the same or not. This pick is only 2.25 tall x a tiny bit less than 2 wide. It some very itty-bitty minor surface scratches upon examination with readers, and one tiny fleabite on one of the ribs, but no other chips or cracks.
