This is an nice clean, rare, curved handle ring pliers marked "W. MOUNT". These are a specialty pliers that squeeze a ring of some sort closed. There is a round groove cut in each jaw to match a round wire type ring about 1/8" diameter wire, and 1/2" or less diameter of the wire ring that fits in the jaws. We believe these were designed to be used on old link belts or conveyor belts, but we don't know that for sure, as we have not seen this model before. They are in good condition with a good hinge, minimal wear on the jaws. Unique!
